A method for producing an intumescent plastic molded part that consists of a reaction plastic which contains intumescent additives and glass fibers is disclosed. The method includes providing an additive mixture which is composed of the intumescent additives and the glass fibers and mixing the additive mixture and components of the reaction plastic, where a homogeneous mass is obtained. The homogeneous mass is introduced into an injection mold and the homogeneous mass is hardened in the injection mold. A injection molding system for producing the intumescent plastic molded part and an intumescent plastic molded part are also disclosed.

1 .- 11 . (canceled) 12 . A method for producing an intumescent plastic molded part that consists of a reaction plastic which contains intumescent additives and glass fibers, comprising the steps of: providing an additive mixture which is composed of the intumescent additives and the glass fibers; mixing the additive mixture and components of the reaction plastic, wherein a homogeneous mass is obtained; introducing the homogeneous mass into an injection mold; and hardening the homogeneous mass in the injection mold. 13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the intumescent additives are present in a powder form and the glass fibers are macerated in the intumescent additives. 14 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the intumescent additives are fluidized prior to introducing the glass fibers so that the intumescent additives have fluid or pasty properties. 15 . The method according to claim 14 , wherein a dissolver is used for fluidizing the intumescent additives. 16 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the glass fibers have a diameter of 4 μm to 10 μm and a length of 3 mm to 10 mm. 17 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein a mass or a volume share of the additive mixture amounts to between 0.5% and 5% relative to the intumescent plastic molded part. 18 . An injection molding system for producing an intumescent plastic molded part that consists of a reaction plastic which contains an additive mixture of intumescent additives and glass fibers, comprising: a multicomponent blending and dosing system that has a mixing head with a mixing chamber which has a first inlet for components of the reaction plastic, a second inlet for the additive mixture, and an outlet from which a mass of the components of the reaction plastic and the additive mixture are flowable out of the mixing chamber; and a mixing device disposed at the second inlet for the additive mixture, wherein the intumescent additives and the glass fibers are mixable by the mixing device. 19 . The injection molding system according to claim 18 , wherein the mixing chamber has a further inlet for the components of the reaction plastic. 20 . The injection molding system according to claim 18 , wherein the mixing device has a dissolver for fluidizing the intumescent additives. 21 . A plastic molded part, comprising: a reaction plastic which contains intumescent additives and glass fibers, wherein the plastic molded part is manufactured according to the method of claim 12 . 22 . The plastic molded part according to claim 21 , wherein the plastic molded part also contains additional additives and/or fillers.
