A paper recycling device includes a dry type defibrator, a first transport unit, a classifier unit, a second transport unit a paper forming unit and a control unit. The dry type defibrator unit is configured to defibrate first paper into defibrated material. The first transport unit is configured to transport the defibrated material after being defibrated by the dry type defibrator unit. The classifier unit is configured to classify by an air flow classification the defibrated material after being transported by the first transport unit. The second transport unit is configured to transport the defibrated material after being classified by the classifier unit. The paper forming unit is configured to for second paper with the defibrated material after being transported by the second transport unit. The control unit is configured to control volume of the first paper supplied to the dry type defibrator unit.

What is claimed is: 1 . A paper recycling device comprising: a dry type defibrator unit being configured to defibrate first paper into defibrated material; a first transport unit being configured to transport the defibrated material after being defibrated by the dry type defibrator unit, a classifier unit being configured to classify by an air flow classification the defibrated material after being transported by the first transport unit; a second transport unit being configured to transport the defibrated material after being classified by the classifier unit; a paper forming unit being configured to for second paper with the defibrated material after being transported by the second transport unit; and a control unit being configured to control volume of the first paper supplied to the dry type defibrator unit. 2 . The paper recycling device according to claim 1 , further comprising a detector unit being configured to detect thickness of the second paper after being formed by the paper forming unit, wherein the control unit is configured to control controls the volume of the second paper supplied to the dry type defibrator unit based on detection results of the detector unit. 3 . The paper recycling device according to claim 1 , wherein a flow velocity of air flow at a first connecting part of the classifier unit and the first transport unit is greater than a flow velocity of air flow at a second connecting part of the dry type defibrator unit and the first transport unit. 4 . The paper recycling device according to claim 1 , wherein the classifier unit is a cyclone. 5 . The paper recycling device according to claim 1 , wherein the paper forming unit includes a dispersion member being configured to disperse the defibrated material, a suction member being configured to suction the dispersed defibrated material, and a mesh belt being configured to transport the defibrated material suctioned by the suction member. 6 . The paper recycling device according to claim 5 , wherein the mesh belt is configured to transport the second paper after being formed, and includes a water sprayer being configured to spray water on the second paper after being transported by the mesh belt. 7 . The paper recycling device according to claim 5 , further comprising a heater roller being configured to heat the second paper after the water is sprayed on the second paper. 8 . A paper recycling device comprising: a dry type defibrator unit configured to defibrate a supplied paper; a paper forming unit configured to deposit defibrated material, which has been defibrated at the dry type defibrator unit, on a mesh belt configured to move, and form a paper by using the defibrated material that has been deposited on the mesh belt; a detector unit configured to detect thickness of the defibrated material that has been deposited; and a controller configured to control a moving speed of the mesh belt and an input speed of supplying the supplied paper to the dry type defibrator unit based on a detection result of the detector unit. 9 . The paper recycling device according to claim 8 , wherein when the thickness of the defibrated material does not reach a predetermined thickness, the controller is configured to decrease the moving speed of the mesh belt and increase the input speed of supplying the supplied paper to the dry type defibrator unit. 10 . The paper recycling device according to claim 8 , wherein when the thickness of the defibrated material is greater than a predetermined thickness, the controller is configured to increase the moving speed of the mesh belt and decrease the input speed of supplying the supplied paper to the dry type defibrator unit. 11 . The paper recycling device according to claim 8 , wherein the detector unit is a sensor including a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. 12 . The paper recycling device according to claim 8 , further comprising a suction device configured to suction the defibrated material toward the mesh belt. 13 . The paper recycling device according to claim 8 , further comprising a water sprayer configured to spray water on the defibrated material that has been deposited on the mesh belt, and a heater roller configured to heat the defibrated material on which the water has been sprayed by the water sprayer.
