Described herein are compounds that are estrogen receptor modulators. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments that include the compounds described herein, as well as methods of using such estrogen receptor modulators, alone and in combination with other compounds, for treating diseases or conditions that are mediated or dependent upon estrogen receptors.

What is claimed is: 1 . (E)-3-(4-((E)-2-(2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-indazol-5-yl)but-1-en-1-yl)phenyl)acrylic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 2 . The N-methylglucamine salt of (E)-3-(4-((E)-2-(2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-indazol-5-yl)but-1-en-1-yl)phenyl)acrylic acid. 3 . A method of treating breast cancer comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of (E)-3-(4-((E)-2-(2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-indazol-5-yl)but-1-en-1-yl)phenyl)acrylic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, to a patient. 4 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising (E)-3-(4-((E)-2-(2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-indazol-5-yl)but-1-en-1-yl)phenyl)acrylic acid, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an excipient or carrier. 5 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4 wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of (E)-3-(4-((E)-2-(2-Chloro-4-fluorophenyl)-1-(1H-indazol-5-yl)but-1-en-1-yl)phenyl)acrylic acid is the N-methylglucamine salt.
