A stented valve including a generally tubular stent structure that has a longitudinal axis, first and second opposite ends, a plurality of commissure support structures spaced from the first and second ends and extending generally parallel to the longitudinal axis, at least one structural wire positioned between each two adjacent commissure support structures, and at least one wing portion extending from two adjacent commissure support structures and toward one of the first and second ends of the stent structure. The stented valve further includes a valve structure attached within the generally tubular stent structure to the commissure support structures.

1 - 23 . (canceled) 24 . A prosthetic valve comprising: a stent structure comprising a generally tubular body portion having a first end having a first end diameter, a second end having a second end diameter, and a central portion having a central diameter, the central portion being between the first end and the second end, wherein the first end diameter is different from the second end diameter, wherein the central diameter is larger than both the first end diameter and the second end diameter; and a valve structure attached within the generally tubular body portion. 25 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the first end or second end has a portion that is curved outwardly relative to the longitudinal axis. 26 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the first end or second end has a portion that is curved inwardly relative to the longitudinal axis. 27 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the stent structure is balloon expandable. 28 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the stent structure is self-expandable. 29 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the prosthetic valve is configured for placement within an aortic valve, a mitral valve, a pulmonic valve, or a tricuspid valve. 30 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the body portion comprises stent graft material. 31 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the body portion is bulbous. 32 . The prosthetic valve of claim 24 , wherein the body portion is configured to generally match a curved patient anatomical region. 33 . A prosthetic valve comprising: a stent structure comprising a generally tubular body portion having a first end region, a second end region, and a central region between the first end region and the second end region, wherein the first end region of the body portion has a first stiffness, the second end region of the body portion has a second stiffness, and the central region of the body portion has a third stiffness that is less than the first stiffness and the second stiffness; and a valve structure attached within the generally tubular body portion. 34 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the first end region or the second end region has an end portion that is curved outwardly relative to a longitudinal axis of the stent structure. 35 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the first end region or the second end region has an end portion that is curved inwardly relative to a longitudinal axis of the stent structure. 36 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the stent structure is balloon expandable. 37 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the stent structure is self-expandable. 38 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the prosthetic valve is configured for placement within an aortic valve, a mitral valve, a pulmonic valve, or a tricuspid valve. 39 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the central region comprises stent graft material. 40 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the central region is bulbous. 41 . The prosthetic valve of claim 33 , wherein the central region is configured to match a curved patient anatomical region. 42 . A prosthetic valve comprising: a stent structure comprising a generally tubular body portion having a first end region having a first end region diameter and a first end region stiffness, a second end region having a second end region diameter and a second end region stiffness, and a central region between the first end region and the second end region having a central region diameter and a central region stiffness, wherein the central region diameter is larger than the first end region diameter and the second end region diameter, wherein the central region stiffness is less than the first end region stiffness and the second end region stiffness; and a valve structure attached within the generally tubular body portion. 43 . The prosthetic valve of claim 42 , wherein the central region is configured to match a curved patient anatomical region. 44 . A prosthetic valve comprising: a stent structure expandable from a compressed state to an expanded state, the expandable stent structure comprising a generally tubular body portion having, in the expanded state, a first portion having a first diameter, a second portion having a second diameter, and a third portion have a third diameter, wherein the first portion is disposed longitudinally between the second portion and the third portion, and wherein the first diameter is larger than both the second diameter and the third diameter; and a valve structure attached within the body portion. 45 . The prosthetic valve of claim 44 , wherein the body portion is bulbous. 46 . The prosthetic valve of claim 44 , wherein the body portion is configured to match a curved patient anatomical region. 47 . The prosthetic valve of claim 44 , wherein the stent structure further comprises a flared portion adjacent the body portion, the flared portion curved outwardly relative to a longitudinal axis and extending from the second portion or the third portion. 48 . The prosthetic valve of claim 44 , wherein the stent structure is balloon expandable. 49 . The prosthetic valve of claim 44 , wherein the stent structure is self-expandable.
