We claim: 1 . A method of web conferencing, comprising: receiving an initiation request at a management server from a host client device to initiate a scheduled web conference; identifying, in response to the initiation request, an enterprise device located at an enterprise location reserved for the scheduled web conference, the enterprise device communicatively coupled to the management server over a network; and relaying a content stream from the host client device through the management server to the enterprise device over the network for display of the content stream at the enterprise location. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the identifying comprises: obtaining invitation information for the scheduled web conference from a database accessible by the management server, the invitation information including an identifier of the enterprise device. 3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: identifying, in response to the initiation request, at least one recipient device invited to the scheduled web conference; and relaying the content stream from the host device to each of the at least one recipient client device invited to the scheduled web conference. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the management server is configured to manage the at least one recipient client device. 5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein identifying the at least one recipient device comprises: obtaining invitation information for the scheduled web conference from a database accessible by the management server, the invitation information identifying at least one user; and obtaining device information from the database for the at least one user, the device information identifying the at least one recipient device. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the content stream comprises at least a portion of content displayed by a screen of the host client device. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the enterprise device comprises a projector or a device coupled to a projector. 8 . A system, comprising: a memory device; and a processor configured to execute instructions stored in the memory device to: receive an initiation request from a host client device to initiate a scheduled web conference; identify, in response to the initiation request, an enterprise device located at an enterprise location reserved for the scheduled web conference, the enterprise device communicatively coupled to the system over a network; and relay a content stream from the host client device to the enterprise device over the network for display of the content stream at the enterprise location. 9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to obtain invitation information for the scheduled web conference from a database stored in the memory device, the invitation information including an identifier of the enterprise device. 10 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to: identify, in response to the initiation request, at least one recipient device invited to the scheduled web conference; and relay the content stream from the host device to each of the at least one recipient client device invited to the scheduled web conference. 11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the system is configured to manage the at least one recipient client device. 12 . The system of claim 10 , wherein processor is configured to: obtain invitation information for the scheduled web conference from a database stored in the memory device, the invitation information identifying at least one user; and obtain device information from the database for the at least one user, the device information identifying the at least one recipient device. 13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the content stream comprises at least a portion of content display by a screen of the host client device. 14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the enterprise device comprises a projector or a device coupled to a projector. 15 . A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions, which when executed in a computer system, causes the computer system to carry out a method of web conferencing, comprising: receiving an initiation request at a management server from a host client device to initiate a scheduled web conference; identifying, in response to the initiation request, an enterprise device located at an enterprise location reserved for the scheduled web conference, the enterprise device communicatively coupled to the management server over a network; and relaying a content stream from the host client device through the management server to the enterprise device over the network for display of the content stream at the enterprise location. 16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the identifying comprises: obtaining invitation information for the scheduled web conference from a database accessible by the management server, the invitation information including an identifier of the enterprise device. 17 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , further comprising: identifying, in response to the initiation request, at least one recipient device invited to the scheduled web conference; and relaying the content stream from the host device to each of the at least one recipient client device invited to the scheduled web conference. 18 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 17 , wherein the management server is configured to manage the at least one recipient client device. 19 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the content stream comprises at least a portion of content displayed by a screen of the host client device. 20 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the enterprise device comprises a projector or a device coupled to a projector.
