A mobile computing device includes a touchscreen display, a non-transitory computer-readable memory that stores a plurality of installed native applications, and one or more processors. A method performed on the mobile device includes displaying, on the touchscreen display, a screen that includes icons allowing the installed native applications to be launched. The method includes determining that a first set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a first time of day. The method includes determining whether a current time of day matches the first time of day. The method includes, upon determining that the current time of day matches the first time of day, rearranging the icons on the screen into a first arrangement of icons, wherein the first arrangement of icons displays the icons for the first set of native applications above a line.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: at a mobile computing device including a touchscreen display, a non-transitory memory that stores a plurality of native applications that are installed at the mobile computing device, and one or more processors: displaying, on the touchscreen display, a screen that includes icons for the native applications installed on the mobile computing device, wherein the mobile computing device is configured to detect a user selection of a particular icon and launch the native application corresponding with the selected icon; determining that a first set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a first time of day; determining whether a current time of day matches the first time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the first time of day, rearranging the icons on the screen into a first arrangement of icons, wherein the first arrangement of icons displays the icons for the first set of native applications above a line. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first time of day comprises a time that occurs during the morning of the day. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first set of native applications includes an email application and a news application; and wherein rearranging the icons into the first arrangement comprises displaying an email icon for the email application and a news icon for the news application above the line. 4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining that a second set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a second time of day; determining whether a current time of day matches the second time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the second time of day, rearranging the icons on the screen into a second arrangement of icons, wherein the second arrangement of icons displays the icons for the second set of native applications above the line. 5 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the second time of day comprises a time that occurs during the evening of the day. 6 . The method of claim 4 , wherein the second set of native applications includes a messaging application; and wherein rearranging the icons into the second arrangement comprises displaying a messaging icon for the messaging application above the line. 7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a user selection of one of the icons displayed above the line; and launching the native application corresponding with the selected icon. 8 . A mobile computing device comprising: a touchscreen display; a non-transitory memory that stores a plurality of native applications that are installed at the mobile computing device; and one or more processors configured to: display, on the touchscreen display, a screen that includes icons for the native applications installed on the mobile computing device, wherein the mobile computing device is configured to detect a user selection of a particular icon and launch the native application corresponding with the selected icon; determine that a first set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a first time of day; determine whether a current time of day matches the first time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the first time of day, rearrange the icons on the screen into a first arrangement of icons, wherein the first arrangement of icons displays the icons for the first set of native applications above a line. 9 . The mobile computing device of claim 8 , wherein the first time of day comprises a time that occurs during the morning of the day. 10 . The mobile computing device of claim 8 , wherein the first set of native applications includes an email application and a news application; and wherein rearranging the icons into the first arrangement comprises displaying an email icon for the email application and a news icon for the news application above the line. 11 . The mobile computing device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to: determine that a second set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a second time of day; determine whether a current time of day matches the second time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the second time of day, rearrange the icons on the screen into a second arrangement of icons, wherein the second arrangement of icons displays the icons for the second set of native applications above the line. 12 . The mobile computing device of claim 11 , wherein the second time of day comprises a time that occurs during the evening of the day. 13 . The mobile computing device of claim 11 , wherein the second set of native applications includes a messaging application; and wherein rearranging the icons into the second arrangement comprises displaying a messaging icon for the messaging application above the line. 14 . The mobile computing device of claim 8 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to: receive a user selection of one of the icons displayed above the line; and launch the native application corresponding with the selected icon. 15 . A computer program product encoded on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions that when executed by a mobile computing device, cause the mobile computing device to perform operations comprising: displaying a screen that includes icons for native applications installed on the mobile computing device, wherein the mobile computing device is configured to detect a user selection of a particular icon and launch the native application corresponding with the selected icon; determining that a first set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a first time of day; determining whether a current time of day matches the first time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the first time of day, rearranging the icons on the screen into a first arrangement of icons, wherein the first arrangement of icons displays the icons for the first set of native applications above a line. 16 . The computer program product of claim 15 , wherein the first time of day comprises a time that occurs during the morning of the day. 17 . The computer program product of claim 15 , wherein the first set of native applications includes an email application and a news application; and wherein rearranging the icons into the first arrangement comprises displaying an email icon for the email application and a news icon for the news application above the line. 18 . The computer program product of claim 15 , wherein the operations further comprise: determining that a second set of native applications are launched at the mobile computing device at or near a second time of day; determining whether a current time of day matches the second time of day; and upon determining that the current time of day matches the second time of day, rearranging the icons on the screen into a second arrangement of icons, wherein the second arrangement of icons displays the icons for the second set of native applications above the line. 19 . The computer program product of claim 18 , wherein the second time of day comprises a time that occurs during the evening of the day. 20 .
