The invention provides a sheet-like article including: a fibrous base including ultrafine fibers; and a polyurethane resin as a binder to the fibrous base, wherein the polyurethane resin includes a polymer polyol-derived structure that includes a polycarbonate polyol-derived structure, and the polyurethane resin satisfies the following (I), (II) and (III) or (IV): (I) the polyurethane resin includes a carbonate bond, and an ether bond and/or an ester bond in the molecule; (II) the total content of urethane group and urea group in the polyurethane resin is 7 to 11% by mass; and (III) 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate polyol yielding the polycarbonate polyol-derived structure is a polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20° C. or lower; or (IV) 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate polyol yielding the polycarbonate polyol-derived structure is a polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons.

1 . A sheet-like article comprising: a fibrous base comprising ultrafine fibers; and a polyurethane resin as a binder to said fibrous base, wherein, said polyurethane resin comprises a polymer polyol-derived structure that comprises a polycarbonate polyol-derived structure, and said polyurethane resin satisfies the following (I) to (III): (I) said polyurethane resin comprises a carbonate bond, and an ether bond and/or an ester bond in the molecule; (II) the total content of urethane group and urea group in said polyurethane resin is 7 to 11% by mass; and (III) 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate polyol yielding said polycarbonate polyol-derived structure is a polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20° C. or lower. 2 . A sheet-like article comprising: a fibrous base comprising ultrafine fibers; and a polyurethane resin as a binder to said fibrous base, wherein, said polyurethane resin comprises a polymer polyol-derived structure that comprises a polycarbonate polyol-derived structure, and said polyurethane resin satisfies the following (I), (II) and (IV): (I) said polyurethane resin comprises a carbonate bond, and an ether bond and/or an ester bond in the molecule; (II) the total content of urethane group and urea group in said polyurethane resin is 7 to 11% by mass; and (IV) 80 to 100% by mass of a polycarbonate polyol yielding said polycarbonate polyol-derived structure is a polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons. 3 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons has a melting point of 20° C. or lower. 4 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , which has a compression ratio of 13 to 20% and a compressive elastic modulus of 55 to 75%. 5 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein 20 to 90% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 6 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein 20 to 80% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 7 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin comprises structures derived from a polycarbonate polyol and a polyether polyol; 8 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said binder further comprises an anionic emulsifying agent and/or a cationic emulsifying agent. 9 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein a film of said polyurethane resin has a storage elastic modulus of 1 to 70 MPa and a tan δ value of 0.05 to 0.30 at 20° C. 10 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20° C. or lower or said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons, which constitutes said polyurethane resin, has a viscosity of 10,000 to 50,000 mPa·s at 40° C. 11 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons has a melting point of 20° C. or lower. 12 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , which has a compression ratio of 13 to 20% and a compressive elastic modulus of 55 to 75%. 13 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein 20 to 90% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 14 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein 20 to 80% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 15 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin comprises structures derived from a polycarbonate polyol and a polyether polyol. 16 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said binder further comprises an anionic emulsifying agent and/or a cationic emulsifying agent. 17 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein a film of said polyurethane resin has a storage elastic modulus of 1 to 70 MPa and a tan δ value of 0.05 to 0.30 at 20° C. 18 . The sheet-like article according to claim 1 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20° C. or lower or said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons, which constitutes said polyurethane resin, has a viscosity of 10,000 to 50,000 mPa·s at 40° C. 19 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons has a melting point of 20° C. or lower. 20 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , which has a compression ratio of 13 to 20% and a compressive elastic modulus of 55 to 75%. 21 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein 20 to 90% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 22 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein 20 to 80% by mass of said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin is derived from a polycarbonate polyol. 23 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein said polymer polyol-derived structure contained in said polyurethane resin comprises structures derived from a polycarbonate polyol and a polyether polyol. 24 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein said binder further comprises an anionic emulsifying agent and/or a cationic emulsifying agent. 25 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein a film of said polyurethane resin has a storage elastic modulus of 1 to 70 MPa and a tan δ value of 0.05 to 0.30 at 20° C. 26 . The sheet-like article according to claim 2 , wherein said polycarbonate polyol having a melting point of 20° C. or lower or said polycarbonate polyol copolymerized with two or more polyhydric alcohols having different carbon skeletons, which constitutes said polyurethane resin, has a viscosity of 10,000 to 50,000 mPa·s at 40° C.
