What is claimed is: 1 . A wearable device, comprising: a processor; an accelerometer to capture data regarding movement; one or more sensors to capture data regarding one or more body vital signs; computer code executed by the processor to generate a health analysis regarding at least one of activity, exercise, sleep, and heart rate using (i) the data regarding one or more body vital signs; or (ii) the data regarding movement; a WiFi or Bluetooth transceiver to communicate data via a wireless network; computer code executed by the processor to generate display information associated with data received via the transceiver; and a touch screen display coupled to the processor to display at least (i) the health analysis; and (ii) the display information associated with data received via the transceiver. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the display information associated with data received via the transceiver comprises display information associated with a calendar reminder. 3 . The system of claim 1 , where the display information associated with data received via the transceiver comprises display information associated with a text message. 4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the display information associated with data received via the transceiver comprises display information associated with an email. 5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the display information associated with data received via the transceiver comprises display information associated with a map. 6 . The system of claim 1 further comprising a microphone to receive oral input. 7 . The system of claim 6 further comprising code executed by the processor to convert the oral input into text, and wherein the touch screen display displays the text. 8 . The system of claim 6 further comprising code executed by the processor to convert the oral input into a command for execution by the processor. 9 . The system of claim 1 further comprising a speaker. 10 . The system of claim 9 wherein the speaker outputs an audible alert associated with data received via the transceiver. 11 . The system of claim 9 wherein the transceiver receives voice data comprising at least one of voice data associated with a telephone call and voice data associated with a voicemail, and wherein the speaker outputs the voice data. 12 . A wearable device, comprising: a processor; an accelerometer, in communication with the processor, for capturing data regarding movement; one or more sensors, in communication with the processor, wherein the one or more sensors capture data regarding one or more body vital signs; computer code executed by the processor to generate a health analysis regarding at least one of activity, sleep, exercise, and heart rate, using the data regarding one or more body vital signs; a GPS sensor in communication with the processor; a transceiver to communicate data via a wireless network connection; computer code executed by the processor to generate display information associated with data received via the transceiver; a vibration motor, in communication with the processor, that causes the wearable device to vibrate; a touch screen display coupled to the processor to display at least the health analysis and the display information associated with data received via the transceiver. 13 . The system of claim further comprising a mapping application, executed by the processor. 14 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the mapping application communicates with the GPS sensor, and wherein the mapping application displays, via the touch screen display, a location of the wearable device as determined at least in part by the GPS sensor. 15 . The system of claim 12 wherein the vibration motor causes the wearable device to vibrate in response to data received via the transceiver. 16 . The system of claim 15 wherein the data received via the transceiver comprises data associated with a text message. 17 . The system of claim 15 wherein the data received via the transceiver comprises data associated with an email message. 18 . The system of claim 15 wherein the data received via the transceiver comprises data associated with a telephone call. 19 . The system of claim 12 further comprising a UV monitor in communication with the processor. 20 . The system of claim 12 further comprising software code, executed by the processor, to generate data regarding steps taken by a user wearing the wearable device, and wherein the touch screen display displays information associated with the data regarding steps taken by the user.
