What is claimed is: 1 . An absorbent article comprising: a topsheet, a backsheet, an absorbent core, a pair of side seams, a front belt and a back belt; wherein the front belt comprises a front outer nonwoven layer; wherein the front outer nonwoven layer comprises a first graphic design and a second graphic design; wherein the back belt comprises a back outer nonwoven layer; wherein the outer nonwoven layer comprises a third graphic design; wherein the outer nonwoven layer comprises a fourth graphic design; wherein the first and the third graphic designs are disposed adjacent to the waist edge and wherein the first and the second nonwoven designs are at least substantially the same; wherein the second graphic design is oriented below the first graphic design, such that the second graphic design is oriented closer to a transverse axis than the first graphic design; wherein the fourth graphic design is oriented below the third graphic design, such that the fourth graphic design is oriented closer to a transverse axis than the third graphic design; wherein the first and second graphic designs have different visual characteristics; wherein the third and fourth graphic designs have different visual characteristics; and wherein the absorbent article is in the article in closed form. 2 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the first graphic design is a different color than the second graphic design. 3 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different hue than the second graphic design. 4 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different pattern than the second graphic design. 5 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different texture than the second graphic design. 6 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different shape than the second graphic design. 7 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different saturation than the second graphic design. 8 . The absorbent article of any of claim 1 , wherein first graphic design is a different luminosity than the second graphic design. 9 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the third graphic design is a different color than the fourth graphic design. 10 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the third graphic design is a different hue than the fourth graphic design. 11 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein third graphic design is a different pattern than the fourth graphic design. 12 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein third graphic design is a different texture than the fourth graphic design. 13 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein third graphic design is a different shape than the fourth graphic design. 14 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein third graphic design is a different saturation than the fourth graphic design. 15 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein third graphic design is a different luminosity than the fourth graphic design. 16 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the second and the fourth nonwoven designs are at least substantially the same. 17 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the first graphic has a first longitudinal distance adjacent to the pair of side seams that is less than a second longitudinal distance along a longitudinal centerline of the article. 18 . The absorbent article of claim 1 , wherein the first and second article has an insert length to rise ratio greater than 60%. 19 . An absorbent article comprising: a topsheet; a backsheet; an absorbent core; a first side panel and a second side panel in a front waist region; a third side panel and a fourth side panel in a rear waist region; a crotch region; three or more of the following features selected from the group consisting of: a front waistband graphic disposed in the front waist region having an angle C of at least about 110°; a back waistband graphic disposed in the back waist region having an angle C of at least about 110°; an anchoring graphic disposed in the front waist region, wherein the anchoring graphic overlaps or is immediately adjacent to the front waistband graphic; a graphic that creates the appearance of lace; an apertured nonwoven forming at least a portion of an exterior surface of the absorbent article, wherein the apertured nonwoven enables the wearer's skin to be seen through the absorbent article or wherein the apertured nonwoven overlaps another nonwoven; a portion of a leg cuff that forms a portion of the exterior surface of the absorbent article in the crotch region when the absorbent article is worn; and a contrasting area running along a portion of a leg cutout such that the appearance of an underwear-like leg band is created. 20 . An absorbent article comprising: a topsheet; a backsheet; an absorbent core; a first side panel and a second side panel in a front waist region; a third side panel and a fourth side panel in a rear waist region; a crotch region; a transverse axis; a longitudinal axis; a first design field horizontally disposed parallel with the transverse axis along the waist opening in the front waist region; a second design field horizontally disposed parallel with the transverse axis along the first design field in the front waist region; wherein the first and second design fields are contrasting; and a third design field vertically disposed parallel with the longitudinal axis and overlapping a portion of the core in the crotch region.
