A radial line dial plate includes: a substrate body made of resin on which a radial line mark region is molded by a die mark-molding-face of a molding die; a plurality of fine grooves that extend radially outward in a radial direction from a center of the radial line mark region without intersecting with each other and are formed such that a distance therebetween is 1 μm or less at an outermost peripheral end to give a radial line pattern to the radial line mark region; and a metal thin film that is deposited to at least the radial line mark region of the substrate body.

What is claimed is: 1 . A radial line dial plate comprising: a substrate body made of resin on which a radial line mark region is molded by a die mark-molding-face of a molding die; a plurality of fine grooves that extend radially outward in a radial direction from a center of the radial line mark region without intersecting with each other and are formed such that a distance therebetween is 1 I lm or less at an outermost peripheral end to give a radial line pattern to the radial line mark region; and a metal thin film that is deposited to at least the radial line mark region of the substrate body. 2 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 1 , wherein the grooves are configured such that a depth between adjacent grooves is different. 3 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 1 , wherein the substrate body is molded by a resin material having excellent transferability. 4 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 2 , wherein the substrate body is molded by a resin material having excellent transferability. 5 . A radial line dial plate comprising: a substrate body made of resin that is integrally molded by a molding die; and a metal thin film that is deposited to at least the radial line mark region provided on a surface of the substrate body, wherein the radial line mark region extends in a radial direction from a center of the substrate body and is formed into a radial line pattern shape by a large number of groove portions which are random in groove depth, respectively. 6 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 5 , wherein the groove portions are randomly formed to have a groove depth of 1 μm as a maximum value or less. 7 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 5 , wherein a large number of mountain portions formed between the groove portions are formed at a constant pitch. 8 . The radial line dial plate according to claim 6 , wherein a large number of mountain portions formed between the groove portions are formed at a constant pitch. 9 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 1 . 10 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 2 . 11 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 3 . 12 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 5 . 13 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 6 . 14 . An automobile meter provided with the radial line dial plate according to claim 7 .
