A method for determining a radio resource control (RRC) configuration in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity, and an apparatus supporting the same is disclosed. The method for determining, by a base station (BS), a radio resource control (RRC) configuration in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity, includes transmitting, by a first BS, a first RRC configuration of a serving cell of the first BS or remained user equipment (UE) capability to a second BS configured in a UE, and receiving, by the first BS, a second RRC configuration of a serving cell of the second BS configured in the UE from the second BS. The first BS and the second BS are involved in dual connectivity for the UE, and the second RRC configuration is determined by the second BS based on the first RRC configuration or the remained UE capability.

1 . A method for determining, by a base station (BS), a radio resource control (RRC) configuration in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity, the method comprising: transmitting, by a first BS, a first RRC configuration of a serving cell of the first BS or remained user equipment (UE) capability to a second BS configured for a UE; and receiving, by the first BS, a second RRC configuration of a serving cell of the second BS configured for the UE from the second BS, wherein the first BS and the second BS are involved in dual connectivity for the UE, and the second RRC configuration is determined by the second BS based on the first RRC configuration or the remained UE capability. 2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the second RRC configuration is determined such that a combination of the first RRC configuration and the second RRC configuration do not to exceed UE capability. 3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first RRC configuration for the UE is configured by the first BS regarding the serving cell of the first BS. 4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the remained UE capability of the UE is obtained by the first BS after the first BS determines the RRC configuration regarding the serving cell of the first BS. 5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first RRC configuration is transmitted through a message for requesting adding, modifying, or releasing a bearer from the first BS to the second BS. 6 . The method according to claim 5 , wherein the message for requesting adding or correcting a bearer includes bearer split information and bearer split portion information, the bearer split information indicates whether each bearer is split, and the bearer split information indicates a ratio of traffic allocated to the second BS among the total traffic of the split bearer. 7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the first BS is a macro cell eNB, and the second BS is a small cell eNB. 8 . A method for determining, by a base station (BS), a radio resource control (RRC) configuration in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity, the method comprising: receiving, by a second BS, a first RRC configuration of a serving cell of a first BS or remained user equipment (UE) capability configured for a UE from a first BS; and transmitting, by the second BS, a second RRC configuration of a serving cell of the second BS configured for the UE to the first BS, wherein the first BS and the second BS are involved in dual connectivity for the UE, and the second RRC configuration is determined by the second BS based on the first RRC configuration or the remained UE capability. 9 . A method for performing a handover in a wireless communication system supporting dual connectivity, the method comprising: transmitting, by a first base station (BS), a handover request message to a second BS when the first BS and the second BS are involved in dual connectivity for a user equipment (UE), wherein the handover request message includes an indication for notifying the second BS that the UE is under serving by the second BS which is taking a role of dual connectivity. 10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the indication is an SeNB UE X2AP ID. 11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the indication is explicit information element (IE). 12 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the UE served by the first BS and the second BS together is totally handed over to the second BS. 13 . The method of claim 9 , the role of the second BS for the UE is changed into a normal eNB from the role of dual connectivity supporting.
