Computer-implemented systems and methods are disclosed to interface with one or more storage devices storing a plurality of documents, wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with one or more tags of one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, wherein the one or more hierarchies of tags include multiple dimensions. In accordance with some embodiments, a method is provided to identify one or more documents from the data storage devices. The method comprises acquiring, via an interface, a selection of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags. The method further comprises identifying one or more documents from the data storage devices in response to the selection, the identified one or more documents having tags that have a relationship with the selected tags, and providing data corresponding to the identified documents for displaying in the interface.

1 . An apparatus interfacing with one or more data storage devices storing a plurality of documents, wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with one or more tags of one or more pre-defined hierarchies of tags, wherein the one or more pre-defined hierarchies of tags include multiple dimensions, the apparatus comprising: a memory device that stores a set of instructions; and at least one processor capable of executing the set of instructions to: acquire, via an interface, a selection of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, the selection corresponding to a parameter for searching the plurality of documents; responsive to the selection of the one or more tags, identify, from the data storage devices, one or more documents associated with at least one tag that has a relationship with the selected one or more tags; and provide, for displaying in the interface, data corresponding to the identified one or more documents. 2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with a cell, each cell being associated with a different combination of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, and the identification of the one or more documents includes an identification of one or more first cells associated with the selected one or more tags and identification of the documents associated with the identified one or more first cells. 3 . The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the identification of the one or more documents further includes an identification of one or more second cells associated with one or more tags that have a relationship with the selected one or more tags and identification of the documents associated with the identified one or more second cells. 4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further capable of executing the set of instructions to: acquire, via the interface, a selection of a document from the identified one or more documents; and responsive to the selection of the document, update the selection of the one or more tags based on the tags associated with the selected document. 5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the interface provides an input selection field for each dimension or a single input selection field that can receive a combination of dimensions of tags. 6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the interface provides a drop down menu to display one or more tags for selection. 7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the interface displays a list of selectable items representing the one or more identified documents, each item corresponding to an identified document and including a title and metadata for the document, and wherein a selection of one of the selectable items causes the document corresponding to the selected selectable item to be selected. 8 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is capable of executing the set of instructions to: acquire, via the interface, an input of one or more tags, while displaying the one or more identified documents; and update the one or more tags associated with the one or more identified documents based on the input tags. 9 . A non-transitory computer readable medium that stores a set of instructions that are executable by at least one processor of an electronic device to cause the electronic device to perform a method of identifying one or more documents from one or more data storage devices, wherein the one or more data storage devices store a plurality of documents, wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with one or more tags of one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, wherein the one or more hierarchies of tags include multiple dimensions, the method comprising: acquiring, via an interface, a selection of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, the selection corresponding to a parameter for searching the plurality of documents; responsive to the selection of the one or more tags, identifying, from the data storage devices, one or more documents associated with at least one tag that has a relationship with the selected one or more tags; and providing, for displaying in the interface, data corresponding to the identified one or more documents. 10 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with a cell, each cell being associated with a different combination of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, and the identifying one or more documents includes identifying one or more first cells associated with the selected one or more tags and identifying the documents associated with the identified one or more first cells. 11 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the identifying one or more documents further includes identifying one or more second cells associated with one or more tags that have a relationship with the selected one or more tags and identifying documents associated with the identified one or more second cells. 12 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the method further comprises: acquiring, via the interface, a selection of a document from the identified one or more documents; and responsive to the selection of the document, updating the selection of the one or more tags based on the tags associated with the selected document. 13 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the interface provides an input selection field for each dimension or a single input selection field that can receive a combination of dimensions of tags. 14 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the interface provides a drop down menu to display one more tags for selection. 15 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the interface displays a list of selectable items representing the one or more identified documents, each item corresponding to an identified document and including a title and metadata for the document, and wherein a selection of one of the selectable items triggers the document corresponding to the selected selectable item to be selected. 16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the method further comprises: acquiring, via the interface, an input of one or more tags, while displaying the identified documents; and updating the one or more tags associated with the identified documents based on the input tags. 17 . A computer-implemented method of identifying one or more documents from one or more data storage devices, wherein the one or more data storage devices store a plurality of documents, wherein each of the plurality of documents is associated with one or more tags of one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, wherein the one or more hierarchies of tags include multiple dimensions, the method comprising: acquiring, via an interface, a selection of one or more tags of the one or more predefined hierarchies of tags, the selection corresponding to a parameter for searching the plurality of documents; responsive to the selection of the one or more tags, identifying, from the data storage devices, one or more documents associated with at lease one tag that has a relationship with the selected one or more tags; and providing, for displaying in the interface, data corresponding to the identified one or more documents. 18 .
