Provided are: a surface-treated metal sheet that is useful when integrating a molded plastic (resin) article and a metal sheet during injection molding; and a metal sheet-resin composite molded article in which the metal sheet and a resin molded article are integrated. The surface-treated metal sheet consists of a laminate having a metal substrate, a chemical conversion coating film and an adhesive layer in order, and is characterized in that the chemical conversion coating film contains colloidal silica and a thermosetting resin.

1 : A surface-treated metal sheet, comprising a laminate comprising a metal substrate, a chemical conversion coating film and an adhesive layer in order, wherein the chemical conversion coating film comprises colloidal silica and a thermosetting resin. 2 : The surface-treated metal sheet according to claim 1 , wherein a primer layer is situated between the chemical conversion coating film and the adhesive layer. 3 : The surface-treated metal sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the thermosetting resin is a water-based urethane resin, a water-based acrylic-modified epoxy resin or a water-based phenolic resin. 4 : The surface-treated metal sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the thermosetting resin is a combination of a water-based carboxyl group-containing acrylic resin and a crosslinking agent which is able to react with a carboxyl group. 5 : The surface-treated metal sheet according to claim 1 , wherein the chemical conversion coating film further comprises a silane coupling agent. 6 : A metal sheet-resin composite molded article, comprising the surface-treated metal sheet according to claim 1 combined with a resin molded article. 7 : The metal sheet-resin composite molded article according to claim 6 , wherein the resin molded article is a nylon resin molded article. 8 : The metal sheet-resin composite molded article according to claim 6 , wherein the resin molded article is a polypropylene resin molded article.
