The apparatus, systems and methods dynamically provide the reliability of multimedia documents by applying a series of intrinsic criteria and extrinsic criteria by pre-calculating a reliability score for at least a set of multimedia documents of at least one pre-selected source of multimedia documents, and by providing, in response to a request, the multimedia documents from the pre-selected sources associated with the score and the multimedia documents from the other sources associated with a score conditionally calculated.

1 . A method programmed in a non-transitory memory of a device to provide a user with breaking news information associated with a reliability score calculated by applying a first category of intrinsic criteria in real time then a second category of extrinsic criteria, the method comprising: collecting the breaking news information; dispatching the breaking news information to a priority queue, wherein the breaking news information in the priority queue is analyzed before other information; pre-calculating the reliability score for the breaking news information; providing the breaking news information associated with the reliability score; and assigning a new pre-calculated reliability score based on updates to the breaking news information. 2 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising updating the reliability score by applying the extrinsic criteria including user comments in related social networks. 3 . (canceled) 4 . (canceled) 5 . The method according to claim 1 wherein the reliability score of the breaking news information is pre-calculated when a threshold of interest in the breaking news information is reached. 6 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising prioritizing processing of the pre-calculation of the reliability score of the breaking news information according to an interest indicator. 7 . The method according to claim 6 further comprising weighting the interest indicator by a number of requests. 8 . The method according to claim 6 further comprising weighting the interest indicator by a measure of engagements. 9 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising time-stamping reliability scores and associating the reliability scores to a related time-stamped version of the breaking news information. 10 . The method according to claim 9 wherein when a discrepancy is detected between the time-stamp of the reliability score and the time-stamp of the related breaking news information, pre-processing of the breaking news information is updated. 11 . (canceled) 12 . (canceled) 13 . (canceled) 14 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising computing, for at least one source, a global reliability score for the source, based on the reliability score of the breaking news information from the at least one source. 15 . (canceled) 16 . (canceled) 17 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising filtering in order to block displaying of the breaking news information with the reliability score below a certain threshold. 18 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising filtering, according to a white list, to exclude checking for an existing reliability score for the breaking news information coming from sources not belonging to the white list. 19 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising filtering, according to a black list, to exclude checking for an existing reliability score for the breaking news information coming from sources not belonging to the black list. 20 . A computer readable medium operable to execute the following on a processor of a computer, the computer readable medium operable to execute: pre-calculating a reliability score for at least a set of breaking news information coming from at least one pre-selected source of the breaking news information; providing the breaking news information from the at least one pre-selected source associated with an updated score and the breaking news information from other sources associated with a score conditionally calculated, wherein the computer readable medium is operable to execute at least updating the reliability score by applying extrinsic criteria; and computing, for the at least one pre-selected source, a global reliability score for the at least one pre-selected source, based on the number of visionary multimedia documents that the at least one pre-selected source has published, wherein the global reliability score of the at least one pre-selected source dynamically evolves in time. 21 . (canceled) 22 . A system for processing information to provide a user with breaking news information associated with a reliability score calculated by applying a first category of intrinsic criteria and a second category of extrinsic criteria, comprising: a source of a machine-readable specification of intrinsic criteria and extrinsic criteria; and at least one server engine, coupled with a user interface engine and with the source of the machine-readable specification, the at least one server engine including resources to browse document sources in order to get newly published breaking news information and to process pre-calculating the reliability score for at least one set of the breaking news information coming from at least one pre-selected source of the breaking news information, and providing, in response to a request, the breaking news information from the pre-selected sources associated with an updated score and the breaking news information from other sources associated with a score conditionally calculated. 23 . The method according to claim 1 wherein the reliability score is distributed to customers via various modes, in real time, periodically or in a random mode and by different tools, an interactive service or a mobile application or an alerting service. 24 . The method according to claim 1 wherein collecting the breaking news information is configured according to the frequency and number of times a source is accessible. 25 . The method according to claim 1 wherein the breaking news information comprises at least one of text, an image and a video, further wherein: when the breaking news information is the text, morphology, syntax and semantic analysis are performed, when the breaking news information is the image, image analysis is performed, including photo dating, and when the breaking news information is the video, a combination of the image analysis and audio analysis is performed. 26 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising determining if the breaking news information includes who, what, when, where and why, and lowering the reliability score based on the breaking news information missing one or more of the who, what, when, where and why. 27 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising: generating a cluster of breaking news information, wherein the cluster of breaking news information includes information discussing a same story; and determining a representative breaking news information for the cluster of breaking news information. 28 . The method according to claim 27 further comprising comparing a new item of breaking news information with the representative breaking news information of the cluster, and updating the reliability score of the breaking news information when differences are determined between the new item of breaking news information and the representative breaking news information of the cluster.
