1 - 20 . (canceled) 21 . A device for coexistence management comprising: a processor configured to: receive a channel request from a requesting wireless network of a plurality of secondary user wireless networks; obtain available channel information from a geolocation database; collect channel usage information associated with the secondary user wireless networks, the channel usage information being supplementary to the available channel information; and provide, to the requesting wireless network, a ranked list of available channels based at least on the available channel information and the channel usage information. 22 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the processor is configured to: determine the channel usage information of associated secondary user wireless networks that use service of the device for coexistence management. 23 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the channel usage information comprises a different type of information than the available channel information from the geolocation database. 24 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the channel usage information is configured to indicate at least one characteristic of devices in the secondary user wireless networks. 25 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate a transmit power associated with the respective secondary user wireless network. 26 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate an antenna height associated with the secondary user wireless network. 27 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate: at least one license exempt channel occupied by the secondary user wireless network; and a time duration of the at least one license exempt channel occupied by the secondary user wireless network. 28 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the processor is configured to: rank the available channels based on their respective potential channel quality. 29 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the processor is configured to: receive sensing information associated with the available channels from the plurality of secondary user wireless networks, and the ranked list is provided based on the available channel information, the channel usage information and the sensing information. 30 . The device of claim 21 , wherein the processor is configured to: receive and store selected usage parameters for use in future coexistence decisions. 31 . A method for coexistence management comprising: receiving a channel request from a requesting wireless network of a plurality of secondary user wireless networks; obtaining available channel information from a geolocation database; collecting channel usage information associated with the secondary user wireless networks, the channel usage information being supplementary to the available channel information; and providing, to the requesting wireless network, a ranked list of available channels based at least on the available channel information and the channel usage information. 32 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the method is performed via a device for coexistence management and the method further comprising: determining the channel usage information of associated secondary user wireless networks that use service of the device for coexistence management. 33 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the channel usage information comprises a different type of information than the available channel information from the geolocation database. 34 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the channel usage information is configured to indicate at least one characteristic of devices in the secondary user wireless networks. 35 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate a transmit power associated with the respective secondary user wireless network. 36 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate an antenna height associated with the secondary user wireless network. 37 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the channel usage information of an associated secondary user wireless network is configured to indicate: at least one license exempt channel occupied by the secondary user wireless network; and a time duration of the at least one license exempt channel occupied by the secondary user wireless network. 38 . The method of claim 31 , further comprising: ranking the available channels based on their respective potential channel quality. 39 . The method of claim 31 , further comprising: receiving sensing information associated with the available channels from the plurality of secondary user wireless networks, and the ranked list is provided based on the available channel information, the channel usage information and the sensing information. 40 . The method of claim 31 , further comprising: receiving and storing selected usage parameters for use in future coexistence decisions.
