1 . A vaporizing device comprising: a liquid storage container; a pump positioned for pumping liquid from a liquid storage container into a tube of a vaporization nozzle having a heating wire; a control circuit electrically connected to a sensor, the pump and the heating wire; with the control circuit activating the pump and the heating wire when the sensor senses inhalation, the pump pumping liquid from the liquid storage container onto the heating wire, and the heating wire vaporizing the liquid. 2 . The vaporizing device of claim 1 further including vaporization cavities formed between the heating wire and the tube. 3 . The vaporizing device of claim 1 wherein the heating wire comprises a single spiral. 4 . The vaporizing device of claim 1 further including a metering cavity between the liquid storage container and the vaporization nozzle. 5 . The vaporizing device of claim 1 wherein the heating wire is inside of the tube. 6 . The vaporizing device of claim 1 with the control circuit turning on the heater before the pump. 7 . The vaporizing device of claim 6 with the control circuit turning off the pump before turning off the heater. 8 . An electronic cigarette comprising: a cylindrical housing simulating a cigarette; a liquid storage container and a battery in the cylindrical housing; a plunger pump in the cylindrical housing adapted to pump liquid from the liquid storage container into a straight tube of a vaporization nozzle having a spiral wire heating element; at least one air inlet in the housing at a first end of the straight tube; a sensor in the housing for sensing inhalation; a control circuit in the housing electrically connected to the battery, the sensor, the pump and the spiral wire heating element; with the control circuit activating the pump and the spiral wire heating element when the sensor senses inhalation, the pump pumping liquid from the liquid storage container onto the spiral wire heating element, and the spiral wire heating element vaporizing the liquid. 9 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 further including a cylindrical battery in the housing and coaxial with the housing and electrically connected to the control circuit. 10 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 wherein the vaporization nozzle includes a straight tube 3-20 mm long. 11 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 wherein the straight tube has an inside diameter of 0.05 to 2 mm. 12 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 wherein the pump comprises a plunger pump. 13 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 further including a one-way valve between the liquid storage container and the vaporization nozzle. 14 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 further including vaporization cavities formed between the heating wire and the tube. 15 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 wherein the heating wire comprises a single spiral. 16 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 wherein the heating wire is inside of the tube. 17 . The electronic cigarette of claim 8 with the control circuit turning on the heater before the pump. 18 . The electronic cigarette of claim 17 with the control circuit turning off the pump before turning off the heater. 19 . An electronic cigarette, comprising: a cylindrical housing simulating a cigarette; a liquid storage container in the housing; a pump in the housing positioned for pumping liquid from the liquid storage container into a vaporization nozzle having a first end and a second end; at least one air inlet adjacent to the first end of the vaporization nozzle; a heating element outside of the vaporization nozzle; a sensor in the housing for sensing inhalation; a control circuit in the housing electrically connected to the sensor, the pump and the heating element; and a cylindrical battery in the housing and coaxial with the housing and electrically connected to the control circuit.
