A hinge has a first section with a first leaf and a first barrel secured to the first leaf. The first barrel has a substantially round inner cross-section. A second section has a second leaf and a second barrel secured to the second leaf. The second barrel has a substantially rectangular inner cross-section. A hinge pin has a first round portion and a substantially rectangular portion defining a threaded opening therethrough. The first round portion is disposed in the first barrel and the substantially rectangular portion is disposed in the second barrel. Adjustment of an adjustment screw disposed in the threaded opening adjusts a position of the substantially rectangular portion within the second barrel.

What is claimed is: 1 . A hinge comprising: a first section comprising: a first leaf; and a first barrel secured to the first leaf, the first barrel comprising a substantially round inner cross-section; a second section comprising: a second leaf; and a second barrel secured to the second leaf, the second barrel comprising a substantially rectangular inner cross-section; a hinge pin comprising a first round portion and a substantially rectangular portion defining a threaded opening therethrough, and wherein the first round portion is disposed in the first barrel and the substantially rectangular portion is disposed in the second barrel; and an adjustment screw disposed in the threaded opening, wherein a rotation of the adjustment screw adjusts a position of the substantially rectangular portion within the second barrel. 2 . The hinge of claim 1 , wherein the first barrel comprises a first barrel axis and wherein the adjustment screw defines an adjustment axis substantially orthogonal to the first barrel axis. 3 . The hinge of claim 2 , wherein the rectangular portion is positionable in the second barrel in a first extreme position, a second extreme position, and an intermediate position disposed between the first extreme position and the second extreme position, and wherein each of the first extreme position, the second extreme position, and the intermediate position are disposed along the adjustment axis. 4 . The hinge of claim 3 , wherein when in the intermediate position, the first barrel axis is aligned with a second barrel axis defined by the second barrel. 5 . The hinge of claim 1 , further comprising: a slide, wherein the rectangular portion further defines a slide opening disposed parallel to the threaded opening, and wherein the slide is disposed within the slide opening. 6 . The hinge of claim 1 , wherein the second barrel defines an adjustment opening configured to receive a tool to adjust the adjustment screw. 7 . The hinge of claim 1 , further comprising: a third section disposed proximate the second section and opposite the first section, the third section comprising: a third leaf; and a third barrel secured to the third leaf, the third barrel comprising a substantially round inner cross-section; wherein the hinge pin further comprises a second round portion disposed within the third barrel. 8 . The hinge of claim 7 , wherein a third barrel axis defined by the third barrel is aligned with a first barrel axis defined by the first barrel. 9 . A hinge comprising: a first knuckle comprising a substantially rectangular barrel comprising a cross-section having a width and a length, wherein the rectangular barrel defines an access opening; a hinge pin comprising a rectangular portion, wherein a width of the rectangular portion is sized to be received by the width of the rectangular barrel, and wherein the rectangular portion defines a threaded opening; and an adjustment screw disposed in the threaded opening so as to be accessed from the access opening, wherein a rotation of the adjustment screw translates the hinge pin along the length of the rectangular barrel. 10 . The hinge of claim 9 , wherein the rectangular barrel comprises an adjustment axis disposed along the length, wherein the hinge pin is positionable in the rectangular barrel in a first extreme position, a second extreme position, and an intermediate position, and wherein each of the first extreme position, the second extreme position, and the intermediate position is disposed along the adjustment axis. 11 . The hinge of claim 9 , further comprising at least one slide, wherein the rectangular portion of the hinge pin further defines at least one slide opening disposed parallel to the threaded opening, and wherein the at least one slide is disposed within the at least one slide opening. 12 . The hinge of claim 9 , further comprising a second knuckle comprising a barrel having a circular cross-section, and wherein the hinge pin further comprises a first round portion extending axially from a first end of the rectangular portion, wherein the first round portion is received within the circular barrel of the second knuckle. 13 . The hinge of claim 12 , further comprising a third knuckle comprising a barrel having a circular cross-section, and wherein the hinge pin further comprises a second round portion extending axially from a second end of the rectangular portion, wherein the second round portion is received within the circular barrel of the third knuckle. 14 . The hinge of claim 13 , wherein the length of the substantially rectangular barrel defines an adjustment axis, and wherein the circular barrel of the second knuckle, the circular barrel of the third knuckle, and the hinge pin are axially aligned along a hinge axis orthogonal to the adjustment axis, and wherein the hinge axis is linearly positionable along the adjustment axis. 15 . The hinge of claim 12 , wherein the substantially rectangular barrel of the first knuckle has a substantially square cross-section. 16 . A hinge comprising: an upper outer knuckle comprising an upper round inner barrel; a lower outer knuckle comprising a lower round inner barrel; a middle knuckle comprising a rectangular inner barrel; a hinge pin comprising an upper round portion disposed in the upper round inner barrel, a lower round portion disposed in the lower round inner barrel, and a middle rectangular portion disposed in the rectangular inner barrel, wherein the middle rectangular portion is linearly translatable within the rectangular inner barrel. 17 . The hinge of claim 16 , further comprising a single adjustment mechanism for linearly translating the middle rectangular portion within the rectangular inner barrel. 18 . The hinge of claim 17 , further comprising a slide, wherein the middle rectangular portion further defines a slide opening disposed parallel to the single adjustment mechanism, and wherein the slide is disposed within the slide opening. 19 . The hinge of claim 16 , wherein the rectangular inner barrel comprises a substantially square cross-section. 20 . The hinge of claim 19 , wherein the middle rectangular portion comprises a first dimension and a second dimension different than the first dimension.
