1 . A system for applying a product to skin, the system comprising: a tape having a layer of a product disposed on a surface; and a support, in which a portion of the tape passes over the support such that the tape is between the support and the product, the support comprising a lubricious material selected from the group consisting of fluoropolymers, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyurethane, and polyethylene terepfhthalate,; in which, when the tape moves across the skin, the product transfers from the tape to the skin and the tape advances. 2 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a tape supplier to hold an unused portion of the tape; and a tape collector to hold a used portion of the tape that has advanced over the support. 3 . The system of claim 2 , in which the tape supplier and tape collector are coupled such that advancing one advances the other. 4 . The system of claim 1 , in which the support is narrower than a central portion of the system. 5 . (canceled) 6 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising a cap covering an exposed portion of the tape. 7 . A device for applying a first product to skin, the device comprising: a housing; a tape disposed in the housing, the tape having the first product disposed on one surface, in which the tape moves relative to the housing, the first product comprising an acne treatment agent; and a delivery system to allow application of the first product to the skin, in which the delivery system includes an applicator wheel to: support a portion of the tape; and allow transfer of the first product from the tape to the skin when the device is advanced along the skin. 8 . The device of claim 7 , in which the delivery system further comprises a tape supplier to store an unused portion of the tape. 9 . The device of claim 7 , in which the delivery system further comprises a tape collector to store a used portion of the tape. 10 . The device of claim 7 , further comprising a cap to cover an exposed portion of the tape. 11 . (canceled) 12 . The device of claim 7 , in which the first product comprises at least one of: salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, an antibiotic, a topical medication, makeup, and henna. 13 . The device of claim 7 , in which the first product displays at least one of: signs, patterns, symbols, characters, figures, words, numbers, images, glitter, and colors. 14 . The device of claim 7 , further comprising a second product disposed on the first product. 15 . A system for applying a product to skin, the system device comprising: a housing; a product to be applied to a skin surface, the product comprising an acne medication; a tape disposed in the housing, the tape having the product disposed on one surface, in which: the tape moves relative to the housing; and the product is removably coupled to the tape such that when the tape moves across the skin the product transfers from the tape to the skin; and the tape is made of felt and is in a roll; a delivery system to allow application of the product to the skin, in which the delivery system includes: a tape supplier to initially store the tape and an unused portion of the product; a tape collector to receive a used portion of the tape after the product has been transferred to the skin; and a support disposed between the tape supplier and the tape collector to exert force against the skin to facilitate transfer of the product from the tape to the skin. 16 . The device of claim 15 , in which the support is an applicator wheel. 17 . (canceled) 18 . The device of claim 15 , in which the product further comprises one of a viscosity agent and an evaporation control agent. 19 . (canceled) 20 . The device of claim 16 , in which rotation of the at least one of the tape supplier, tape collector, and applicator wheel advances one of the other components.
