What is claimed is: 1 . A money handling system comprising: a recognition apparatus installed in a store, the recognition apparatus including an inlet from which money is taken into, and a recognition unit configured to recognize money having been taken into the recognition apparatus; a pneumatic tube configured to transport a storing member between the store and a cash room in which a safe is installed, the pneumatic tube including a storing unit adjacent to the recognition apparatus and configured to store the money recognized by the recognition unit, into the storing member set in the pneumatic tube; a control unit configured to receive information indicating a result of money recognition performed by the recognition unit, and configured to create storing-member information including an amount of the stored money in the storing-member and a storing-member identifier for identifying the storing member, and configured to transmit the storing-member information and a store identifier for identifying the store; and an in-store money-amount data management terminal configured to receive the store identifier and the storing-member information from the control unit, and configured to record the storing-member information in association with the store identifier. 2 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising: a POS register installed in the store; and a money change apparatus installed in the store, associated with the POS register, and configured to recognize money taken thereinto and store the recognized money, and configured to dispense a change to be paid to a customer; wherein the control unit receives information indicating the money stored in the money change apparatus. 3 . The money handling system according to claim 2 , wherein the POS resistor transmits an identifier of the POS resister as the store identifier, to the control unit. 4 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a display unit configured to display a status of the pneumatic tube and a message of guidance based on the status, wherein the pneumatic tube is provided with a sensor to detect that the storing member is set in the pneumatic tube. 5 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , wherein the storing unit includes an escrow unit and a storing mechanism to store money escrowed in the escrow unit into the storing member set in the pneumatic tube, further comprising a display unit configured to display a position of the storing mechanism detected by a sensor and a message of guidance based on the position. 6 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a display unit configured to display a status of the recognition apparatus and a message of guidance based on the status. 7 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a display unit configured to display money information indicating money stored in the storing member and a message of guidance based on the money information. 8 . The money handling system according to claim 4 , wherein the display unit is included in the POS register. 9 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , wherein the in-store money-amount data management terminal monitors money-amount data of the storing member and manages money-amount data of money collected from the store. 10 . The money handling system according to claim 2 , wherein the money change apparatus takes a money-input-standby state, in which money of a specific denomination can be received, when an in-apparatus money-amount is smaller than a money-amount-to-be kept. 11 . The money handling system according to claim 2 , wherein the control unit compares a sum of money taken into the money change apparatus and a sales sum with each other so as to calculate a change, and instructs the money change apparatus to dispense the change. 12 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a first reader for reading the storing-member identifier of the storing member at the store. 13 . The money handling system according to claim 12 , wherein the pneumatic tube includes a reading unit for reading the storing-member identifier of the storing-member in the pneumatic tube. 14 . The money handling system according to claim 13 , wherein the control unit compares a first storing-member identifier read by the first reader and a second storing-member identifier read by the reading unit. 15 . The money handling system according to claim 14 , further comprising a POS register installed in the store, wherein an error message is displayed on a display of the POS register when the first storing-member identifier and the second storing-member identifier do not match to each other. 16 . The money handling system according to claim 14 , wherein a status of the storing member is changed to another status when the first storing-member identifier and the second storing-member identifier match to each other. 17 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a second reader for reading the storing-member identifier of the storing member at a cash room. 18 . The money handling system according to claim 17 , wherein a status of the storing member is changed to another status when the storing-member identifier is read by the second reader. 19 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , further comprising a third reader for reading the storing-member identifier of the storing member when the storing-member is taken out from the cash room. 20 . The money handling system according to claim 1 , wherein the in-store money-amount data management terminal is installed in the cash room.
