A cover apparatus for a vehicle window, including a support handle, wherein the support handle further includes a shaft portion; a handle attached to the shaft portion; and a sheet, wherein the sheet is adapted for covering a vehicle window and at least a portion of the vehicle adjacent the vehicle window, wherein the sheet further includes a main portion; at least two end portions; and a top portion, wherein the top portion contains a cavity or a passageway which extends longitudinally along and within the top portion, wherein the top portion is adapted for receiving at least a portion of the shaft of the support handle.

What is claimed is: 1 . A cover apparatus for a vehicle window, comprising: a support handle, wherein the support handle further comprises: a shaft portion; and a handle attached to the shaft portion; and a sheet, wherein the sheet is adapted for covering a vehicle window and at least a portion of the vehicle adjacent the vehicle window, wherein the sheet further comprises: a main portion; at least two end portions; and a top portion, wherein the top portion contains a cavity or a passageway which extends longitudinally along and within the top portion, wherein the top portion is adapted for receiving at least a portion of the shaft of the support handle. 2 . The cover apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sheet comprises a single layer of material. 3 . The cover apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the material is a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material. 4 . The cover apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sheet comprises a plurality of layers of material. 5 . The cover apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of layers of material includes a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material, a flannel material or fabric, a rubber material, a cotton material or fabric, or polyester material or fabric. 6 . The cover apparatus of claim 1 , wherein at least one side of the sheet or the cover apparatus contains an advertisement or a logo. 7 . A cover apparatus for a vehicle window, comprising: a support handle, wherein the support handle further comprises: a shaft portion; and a handle attached to the shaft portion; a sheet, wherein the sheet is adapted for covering a vehicle window and at least a portion of the vehicle adjacent the vehicle window, wherein the sheet further comprises: a main portion; at least two end portions; and a top portion, wherein the top portion contains a cavity or a passageway which extends longitudinally along and within the top portion, wherein the top portion is adapted for receiving at least a portion of the shaft of the support handle; and a handle attached to or at the top portion. 8 . The cover apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the sheet comprises a single layer of material. 9 . The cover apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the material is a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material. 10 . The cover apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the sheet comprises a plurality of layers of material. 11 . The cover apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the plurality of layers or material includes a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material, a flannel material or fabric, a rubber material, a cotton material or fabric, or polyester material or fabric. 12 . The cover apparatus of claim 7 , wherein at least one side of the sheet or the cover apparatus contains an advertisement or a logo. 13 . A cover apparatus for a vehicle window, comprising: a support handle, wherein the support handle further comprises: a telescopic shaft portion, wherein the telescopic shaft portion further comprises: a telescopic mechanism; and a deployment mechanism for expanding or retracting a length of the telescopic shaft portion; and a handle attached to the telescopic shaft portion; and a sheet, wherein the sheet is adapted for covering a vehicle window and at least a portion of the vehicle adjacent the vehicle window, wherein the sheet further comprises: a main portion; at least two end portions; and a top portion, wherein the top portion contains a cavity or a passageway which extends longitudinally along and within the top portion, wherein the top portion is adapted for receiving at least a portion of the telescopic shaft portion. 14 . The cover apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the sheet comprises a single layer of material. 15 . The cover apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the material is a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material. 16 . The cover apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the sheet comprises a plurality of layers of material. 17 . The cover apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of layers of material includes a cloth material, a cloth fabric, a canvas material, a canvas fabric, a plastic material, or a vinyl material, a flannel material or fabric, a rubber material, a cotton material or fabric, or polyester material or fabric. 18 . The cover apparatus of claim 13 , wherein at least one side of the sheet or the cover apparatus contains an advertisement or a logo. 19 . The cover apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: at least one attachment element attached to at least one side of the sheet. 20 . The cover apparatus of claim 19 , wherein the at least one attachment element is or includes a component of a hook and loop fastening system, a strip of VELCRO®, a magnet, a magnetic strip, or a flexible magnetic strip.
