A sales promotion system ( 10 ) includes an image information acquisition unit ( 11 ) that acquires input image information on an image taken of a presentation area where a product is presented to a customer, a tracking unit ( 12 ) that tracks an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information, and a promotion information output unit ( 13 ) that outputs promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. This enables more effective promotions.

A sales promotion system comprising: an image information acquisition unit that acquires input image information on an image taken of a presentation area where a product is presented to a customer; a tracking unit that tracks an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and a promotion information output unit that outputs promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. 2 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the input image information is distance image information containing image information on an image of a target taken and distance information on a distance to the target measured. 3 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the tracking unit detects the customer's action of holding the product. 4 . The sales promotion system according to claim 3 , wherein the tracking unit detects the customer's action of looking at the product while holding the product. 5 . The sales promotion system according to claim 4 , wherein the tracking unit tracks a palm of a hand of the customer, and when the palm of the hand of the customer is facing a face of the customer, determines that the customer has picked up and looked at the product. 6 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the tracking unit detects the customer's action of looking at the product. 7 . The sales promotion system according to claim 6 , wherein the tracking unit tracks a line of sight of the customer, and when the line of sight of the customer is toward the product, determines that the customer has looked at the product. 8 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the promotion information output unit outputs, as the promotion information, simultaneous buying information for suggesting to the customer simultaneous buying of another product with the product. 9 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the promotion information output unit outputs, as the promotion information, push information for encouraging the customer to determine purchase of the product. 10 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein, when there are a plurality of products corresponding to the tracked customer's action, the promotion information output unit outputs, as the promotion information, comparison information for comparing the plurality of products. 11 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , comprising: a customer recognition unit that recognizes the customer, wherein the promotion information output unit outputs, as the promotion information, information related to a product corresponding to the customer's action and information related to the recognized customer. 12 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , comprising: a flow analysis unit that analyzes a traffic flow of the customer, wherein the promotion information output unit outputs, as the promotion information, information related to a product corresponding to the customer's action and information related to the analyzed customer's traffic flow. 13 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the promotion information output unit displays the promotion information on a display device on a shelf where the product is placed. 14 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the promotion information output unit displays the promotion information in a vicinity of a shelf where the product is placed by using a projector device. 15 . The sales promotion system according to claim 1 , wherein the promotion information output unit displays the promotion information on a display device placed in a shopping cart or a shopping basket to be used by the customer. 16 . A sales promotion method comprising: acquiring input image information on an image taken of a presentation area where a product is presented to a customer; tracking an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and outputting promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. 17 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a sales promotion program causing a computer to perform a sales promotion process comprising: acquiring input image information on an image taken of a presentation area where a product is presented to a customer; tracking an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and outputting promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. 18 . A shelf system comprising: a shelf placed to present a product to a customer; an image information acquisition unit that acquires input image information on an image of the product and the customer taken; a tracking unit that tracks an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and a promotion information output unit that outputs promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. 19 . A sales promotion system comprising: an image information acquisition means for acquiring input image information on an image taken of a presentation area where a product is presented to a customer; a tracking means for tracking an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and a promotion information output means for outputting promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer. 20 . A shelf system comprising: a shelf placed to present a product to a customer; an image information acquisition means for acquiring input image information on an image of the product and the customer taken; a tracking means for tracking an action of the customer regarding the product based on the input image information; and a promotion information output means for outputting promotion information related to the product corresponding to the tracked customer's action to the customer.
