1 . A synchronization method of a Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal comprising: synchronizing with at least one correspondent terminal; and setting a frame number for D2D communication after synchronization. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein setting a frame number comprises: setting the frame number to a preset frame number. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein: synchronizing with at least one correspondent terminal comprises: receiving a synchronization signal from the at least one correspondent terminal; and setting a frame number comprises: extracting a frame number of at least one correspondent terminal from the synchronization signal; and setting the frame number for D2D communication according to the extracted frame number. 4 . The method of claim 3 , wherein the synchronization signal is received via D2D Synch channel (D2DSS) and has a specific time period. 5 . The method of claim 3 , wherein extracting a frame number comprises: selecting one of the synchronization signals, received from a number of correspondent terminals, based on the order of priority; and extracting a frame number from the selected synchronization signal. 6 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the order of priority in the synchronization signals is determined based on at least one of the following: An index of a sequence used for a synchronization signal, a previously stored code book and a sequence index list. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein setting a frame number comprises: receiving a signal via a frame number channel; extracting one frame number of at least one correspondent terminal from the signal received via the frame number channel; and setting a frame number for D2D communication according to the extracted frame number. 8 . A synchronization apparatus of a Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal comprising: a transceiver for transmitting/receiving signals to/from at least one correspondent terminal; and a controller for synchronizing with the at least one correspondent terminal and setting frame numbers for D2D communication, after synchronization. 9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the controller sets the frame number for D2D communication to a preset frame number. 10 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein: the transceiver receives a synchronization signal from the at least one correspondent terminal; and the controller extracts a frame number of at least one correspondent terminal from the at least one synchronization signal and sets the frame number for D2D communication according to the extracted frame number. 11 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the synchronization signal is received via D2D Synch channel (D2DSS) and has a specific time period. 12 . The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the controller: selects one of the synchronization signals, received from a number of correspondent terminals, based on the order of priority; and extracts a frame number from the selected synchronization signal. 13 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the order of priority in the synchronization signals is determined based on at least one of the following: An index of a sequence used for a synchronization signal, a previously stored code book and a sequence index list. 14 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein: the transceiver receives a signal via a frame number channel; and the controller extracts one frame number of at least one correspondent terminal from the signal received via the frame number channel, and sets a frame number for D2D communication according to the extracted frame number.
