What is claimed is: 1 . A lock system coupled to a lock at the dwelling of a dwelling user, resource owner, or end-user, collectively the user, comprising: an intelligent door lock system with a remotely operable lock at a dwelling accessible by the user, the intelligent door lock system configured to be in communication with a server; and an automatic unlock system activated when the user communicates with the server using the user's mobile device, the server being configured to transmit a crossing notification message in response to tracking the user's mobile device and enable an automatic unlock feature of the lock using the server and a mobile device App. 2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user can view its current location on a map for a visual verification that the automatic unlock feature of the lock is properly set up. 3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a user threshold region is viewable. 4 . The system of claim 3 , wherein the threshold region is adjustable. 5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein a first and a second geo-fence is provided. 6 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the automatic unlock feature is configured to indicate when the dwelling user, resource owner or end-user has left an area defined by the first-geo-fence or the second geo-fence. 7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the automatic unlock feature is configured to know when the dwelling user, resource owner or end-user has left an area defined by the first or second geo-fence. 8 . The system of claim 7 , wherein the automatic unlock feature is configure to provide an unlocking of the lock when the end-user approaches the dwelling. 9 . The system of claim 3 , the user threshold region can be adjusted larger to compensate for poor GPS positioning available in a remote user region. 10 . The system of claim 5 , wherein in the event that the first and second geo-fences are both exited, after a certain period of time the automatic unlock feature locks the lock. 11 . The system of claim 5 , when the first geo-fence is only exited and the second geo-fence is not exited the automatic unlock feature is configure to not lock the lock. 12 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the server is configured to enable a GPS detection to verify that the user has left areas defined by the first and second geo-fences. 13 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the automatic unlock feature is configured to wake up a mobile device App when the user, enters an area defined by the second geo-fence. 14 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the server is configured to activate Bluetooth and search for the door and unlock the door at the dwelling. 15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the server processes data to activate Bluetooth. 16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the data is selected from at least one of, user time spent outside the first or second geo-fences, a time of day, user activity patterns, at least a portion of selected user habit history, user habits, user motion data, user activity data, and WiFi access point information 17 . The system of claim 14 , wherein server is configured to enable GPS detection to verify that the user has returned to a selected area relative to the dwelling. 18 . The system of claim 5 , wherein the server is configured to process configuration data and user activity data to determine if the user is returning to the dwelling. 19 . The system of claim 18 wherein the configuration data includes thresholds and probabilities. 20 . The system of claim 18 , wherein the service is configured to process the configuration data and user activity multiple times to determine if the user is returning to the dwelling. 21 . The system of claim 1 , wherein Bluetooth is activated on the user's mobile phone to search for the lock. 22 . The system of claim 21 , wherein when the lock is detected the server connects to the lock. 23 . The system if claim 22 , wherein the server is configured to establish a secure connection with the lock 24 . The system of claim 22 , wherein the server is configured to notify the user via the user's mobile device that the door has been unlocked. 25 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the system is configured to receive notifications when the user has left and entered areas defined by one or more geo-fences. 26 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the server executes a filtering of received data. 27 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the automatic unlock feature includes an ability to discard information or data directed to the user entering into a geo-fence. 28 . The system of claim 27 , wherein the automatic unlock feature includes an ability to extend a time of a user exiting before the door is locked.
