Provided is a composite body in which a resin and a metal are contact-bonded with excellent adhesive force. Also provided is a composite body which is suppressed in decrease of bonding strength between a resin and a metal due to water absorption of the resin even if the composite body is left in rain or water, or is left in a high humidity environment or the like for a long period of time. The present invention relates to a composite body which is obtained by contact-bonding a thermoplastic resin (A) and a metal (B), and which is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin (A) is a polyamide elastomer (1A) or a thermoplastic resin composition (2A) that contains a water absorbent thermoplastic resin (2a) and a metal hydroxide (2b).

1 .- 18 . (canceled) 19 . A composite body obtained by contact-bonding a thermoplastic resin (A) and a metal (B), wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) is a polyamide elastomer (1A), or a thermoplastic resin composition (2A) containing a water absorbent thermoplastic resin (2a) and a metal hydroxide (2b), and the metal (B) is a surface-treated metal or surface-untreated metal. 20 . The composite body according to claim 19 , wherein the polyamide elastomer (1A) is a polyamide elastomer composition containing a polyether amide elastomer and an inorganic filler (1b). 21 . The composite body according to claim 20 , wherein the inorganic filler (1b) is at least one member selected from the group consisting of silicate mineral, hydroxide, graphite, and metal oxide. 22 . The composite body according to claim 21 , wherein the inorganic filler (1b) is at least one member selected from the group consisting of talc, magnesium hydroxide, graphite, and magnesium oxide. 23 . The composite body according to claim 20 , wherein the inorganic filler (1b) is contained in the polyamide elastomer composition in an amount of 0.01 weight % to 50 weight %. 24 . The composite body according to claim 20 , wherein the polyamide elastomer composition contains an aminosilane coupling agent. 25 . The composite body according to claim 24 , wherein the aminosilane coupling agent is contained in the polyamide elastomer composition in an amount of 0.01 weight % to 1.0 weight %. 26 . The composite body according to claim 22 , wherein the magnesium hydroxide is contained in the thermoplastic resin composition (2A) in an amount of 0.1 weight % to 20 weight %. 27 . The composite body according to claim 19 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (2A) further contains an inorganic filler that increases the crystallization temperature of the thermoplastic resin composition by 3° C. or more. 28 . The composite body according to claim 27 , wherein the inorganic filler is talc. 29 . The composite body according to claim 19 , wherein the thermoplastic resin composition (2A) further contains a glass fiber. 30 . The composite body according to claim 19 , wherein the thermoplastic resin (A) and the metal (B) are contact-bonded through injection molding. 31 . The composite body according to claim 19 , wherein the surface treatment is a treatment for fine uneven surface processing to the surface thereof such that the metal surface is covered by microscopic recesses or hole openings of number-average diameter of 10 to 100 nm, or fixing a chemical substance to the surface thereof.
