An agricultural machine for performing field operations comprises a mechanical component and a control system. The mechanical component performs an operation in a field. The control system controls the functioning of the mechanical component and includes a location determining element, a communication element, a memory element, and a processing element. The location determining element determines a current geolocation of the agricultural machine. The communication element communicates wirelessly with external electronic devices. The memory element stores work order files. The processing element controls the functioning of the mechanical component according to instructions in a work order file, receives the current geolocation from the location determining element, and retrieves from an external electronic device that includes a plurality of work order files at least one work order file associated with the current geolocation.
