1 .- 7 . (canceled) 8 . A computer program product, comprising: A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having computer-readable program code embodied therewith, the computer-readable program code configured to perform an operation, the operation comprising: receiving, via a cellular voice connection, a voice command representing a request to return content of a webpage having one or more topics, identifying, based on a natural processing language (NLP) evaluation of the webpage, one or more candidates from the topics of the webpage that match the content specified in the request, determining a confidence score for each of the candidates based on the NLP evaluation, and returning, via the cellular voice connection, an audio indication of the content corresponding to one of the candidates. 9 . The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein the request specifies a uniform resource locator (URL) for the webpage. 10 . The computer program product of claim 9 , wherein the operation further comprises, prior to receiving the voice command: accessing the webpage via the specified URL; extracting unstructured text from the webpage; and identifying the topics of the webpage. 11 . The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein the operation further comprises, prior to identifying the one or more candidates: converting the voice command to text input. 12 . The computer program product of claim 11 , wherein identifying one or more features of the webpage that match the content specified in the request comprises: performing one or more NLP techniques to the converted text input to identify a specified command and a target indicating a location within the webpage; and identifying the content based on the target. 13 . The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein the audio indication of the content is a prompt requesting a selection of one or more locations to navigate within the webpage. 14 . The computer program product of claim 8 , wherein the operation further comprises: receiving a voice command representing a selection of one of the candidates; and returning an audio indication of content corresponding to the selected candidate. 15 . A system, comprising: a processor; and a memory storing a program, which, when executed on the processor, performs an operation, the operation comprising: receiving, via a cellular voice connection, a voice command representing a request to return content of a webpage having one or more topics, identifying, based on a natural processing language (NLP) evaluation of the webpage, one or more candidates from the topics of the webpage that match the content specified in the request, determining a confidence score for each of the candidates based on the NLP evaluation, and returning, via the cellular voice connection, an audio indication of the content corresponding to one of the candidates. 16 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the request specifies a uniform resource locator (URL) for the webpage. 17 . The system of claim 16 , wherein the operation further comprises, prior to receiving the voice command: accessing the webpage via the specified URL; extracting unstructured text from the webpage; and identifying the topics of the webpage. 18 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the operation further comprises, prior to identifying the one or more candidates: converting the voice command to text input. 19 . The system of claim 18 , wherein identifying one or more features of the webpage that match the content specified in the request comprises: performing one or more NLP techniques to the converted text input to identify a specified command and a target indicating a location within the webpage; and identifying the content based on the target. 20 . The system of claim 15 , wherein the audio indication of the content is a prompt requesting a selection of one or more locations to navigate within the webpage.
