Embodiments relate to apparatus, systems, and methods for reception of calls on a mobile device that includes Wi-Fi and cellular radios. The mobile device may be configured to establish communication on a Wi-Fi network with a cellular carrier. The mobile device may further be configured to register a first IP address with an IMS server for the Wi-Fi network communication and register a second IP address with the IMS server for the cellular network communication (or register different ports of a single IP address with Wi-Fi and cellular). Upon occurrence of a mobile terminating call from the cellular carrier, the mobile device may receive an incoming call notification on one or both of the Wi-Fi network using the first IP address and the cellular network using the second IP address.

What is claimed is: 1 . A mobile device, comprising: at least one antenna; a first radio, wherein the first radio is configured to perform cellular communication with a cellular base station using at least one cellular radio access technology (RAT); a second radio, wherein the second radio is configured to perform Wi-Fi communication with a Wi-Fi access point; at least one processor communicatively coupled to the first and second radios, wherein the mobile device is configured to perform voice and/or data communications; wherein the mobile device is configured to: establish communication with a cellular carrier over a Wi-Fi network; register, with an IMS server, a first IP address associated with the Wi-Fi network communication; register, with the IMS server, a second IP address associated with the communication with the cellular network; wherein, upon occurrence of a mobile terminating call received from the cellular carrier, an incoming call notification on the Wi-Fi network is transmitted to the mobile device using the first IP address and an incoming call notification on the cellular network is transmitted to the mobile device using the second IP address; wherein the mobile device is configured to receive and respond to at least one of the incoming call notifications. 2 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the incoming call notification on the Wi-Fi network is provided to the mobile device using the first IP address and the incoming call notification on the cellular network is provided to the mobile device using the second IP address substantially simultaneously. 3 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device receives the incoming call on the cellular network using the second IP address a period of time after the incoming call notification is provided on the Wi-Fi network using the first destination address. 4 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein after the incoming call notification has been provided on the Wi-Fi network using the first destination address, if the mobile device does not respond within a certain period of time, the mobile device receives the incoming call on the cellular network using the second IP address. 5 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is further configured to: determine if IP flow mobility is supported by the Wi-Fi network; wherein the mobile device acquires the second IP address from the cellular network packet gateway and registers the second IP address with the IMS server for cellular communication in response to determining that IP flow mobility is not supported by the Wi-Fi network. 6 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is configured to accept an incoming call that is received first in time on one of the Wi-Fi network or the cellular network. 7 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is configured to provide priority information to the IMS server indicating a preference for one of Wi-Fi communication or cellular communication; wherein an incoming call is provided to the mobile device on one or both of the Wi-Fi network and/or the cellular network based on the priority information. 8 . The mobile device of claim 1 , wherein the mobile device is further configured to receive input specifying a preference for accepting calls over one of Wi-Fi or cellular; wherein the mobile device is configured to accept the incoming call on either the Wi-Fi network or the cellular network based on the preference. 9 . The mobile device of claim 1 , where the mobile device is further configured to: acquire the first IP address from a first packet gateway, wherein the first IP address is useable by the mobile device for receiving Wi-Fi network communication; and acquire the second IP address from a second packet gateway, wherein the second IP address is useable by the mobile device for receiving cellular network communication. 10 . The mobile device of claim 1 , where the mobile device is further configured to: receive an incoming call on the cellular network using the second IP address; and wake up the second radio in response to the incoming call on the cellular network; and receive, by the second radio, an incoming call on the Wi-Fi network using the first IP address after the second radio is woken up. 11 . The mobile device of claim 1 , where the mobile device is further configured to: accept the terminating call from the cellular carrier on the Wi-Fi network using a Wi-Fi packet data network (PDN); and handover the terminating call from the Wi-Fi network to the cellular network using the Wi-Fi PDN. 12 . The mobile device of claim 1 , where the mobile device is further configured to: accept the terminating call from the cellular carrier on the cellular network using a cellular packet data network (PDN); and handover the terminating call from the cellular network to the Wi-Fi network using the cellular PDN. 13 . A method for operating a mobile device, the method comprising: establishing communication on a Wi-Fi network with a cellular carrier; acquiring first destination information from a first packet gateway, wherein the first destination information is useable for receiving Wi-Fi communication; registering the first destination information with an IMS server for receiving Wi-Fi communication; acquiring second destination information from a cellular network packet gateway, wherein the second destination information is useable for receiving cellular communication; registering the second destination information with the IMS server for receiving cellular communication; wherein, upon occurrence of a mobile terminating call received from the cellular carrier, an incoming call notification on the Wi-Fi network is transmitted to the mobile device using the first destination information and an incoming call notification on the cellular network is transmitted to the mobile device using the second destination information; the mobile device receiving and responding to at least one of the incoming call notifications. 14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the first destination information is a first IP address, and wherein the second destination information is a second IP address. 15 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the first destination information is a first port of a first IP address, and wherein the second destination information is a second port of the first IP address. 16 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the incoming call notification on the Wi-Fi network is transmitted to the mobile device using the first destination information and the incoming call notification on the cellular network is transmitted to the mobile device using the second destination information substantially simultaneously. 17 . An apparatus for inclusion in a mobile device, the apparatus comprising: a processing element, wherein the processing element is configured to: establish communication on a Wi-Fi network with a cellular carrier; register first destination information with an IMS server for receiving Wi-Fi communication; register second destination information with the IMS server for receiving cellular communication; wherein the second destination information is useable for receiving an incoming call notification for a call being received over the Wi-Fi network. 18 .
