What is claimed is: 1 . An organic light emitting display device, comprising: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; an organic light emitting element and a sealing layer sequentially stacked on one side of the substrate in the display area; a support layer on the one side of the substrate in the non-display area; a polarizing plate on the support layer in the non-display area and on the sealing layer in the display area, wherein the polarizing plate covers an entirety of the support layer. 2 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a protective film on an other side of the inorganic insulation substrate. 3 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , wherein the support layer includes organic insulation material and is formed throughout the non-display area. 4 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 3 , wherein the organic insulation material is opaque. 5 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , wherein the substrate includes one of a silicon oxide (SiO 2 ) and a silicon nitride (SiN x ). 6 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the support layer and an upper surface of the sealing layer have a same height relative to the substrate. 7 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a cover substrate on the polarizing plate and covering an entire upper surface of the organic light emitting display device. 8 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 7 , wherein the cover substrate is a transparent material. 9 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 7 , wherein the cover substrate is a touch screen panel, and the support layer is an opaque insulation material. 10 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 1 , further comprising: a color filter array substrate disposed to face the substrate provided with the support layer; and a black matrix on one surface of the color filter array substrate. 11 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 10 , wherein the material of the support layer comprises a same material as the black matrix. 12 . The organic light emitting display device of claim 7 , wherein the cover substrate is one of a glass substrate, a transparent plastic substrate, and a touch screen panel. 13 . A method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device, the method comprising: preparing a substrate, the substrate including a display area and a non-display area; providing an organic light emitting element in the display area of the substrate; providing a sealing layer on the organic light emitting element in the display area of the substrate; providing a liquefied organic insulation material in the non-display area of the substrate; and providing a polarizing plate on the sealing layer and the liquefied organic insulation material. 14 . The method of claim 13 , wherein the polarizing plate is on an entire surface of the substrate. 15 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising: the liquefied organic insulation material attached to and depressed by the polarizing plate, the liquefied organic insulation material spreading throughout the non-display area of the substrate and forming a support layer. 16 . The method of claim 15 , wherein an upper surface of the support layer and an upper surface of the sealing layer have a same height relative to the substrate. 17 . The method of claim 16 , further comprising: providing a sacrifice layer on a carrier substrate; and providing the substrate on the carrier substrate prior to providing the organic light emitting element on the substrate. 18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising: removing the carrier substrate and the sacrifice layer from the display device; and attaching a protective film on the outer surface of the substrate using roll lamination. 19 . The method of claim 13 , further comprising: combining the substrate, which is provided with the support layer, with a color filter array substrate opposed to the substrate and provided with a black matrix. 20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the material of the support layer comprises a same material as the black matrix.
