What is claimed is: 1 . A television system comprising: a server apparatus comprising a content provision controller configured to selectively provide a plurality of items of content, and a audio source separation controller configured to separate a voice component and a background sound component from an audio signal of the items of content, and to set different levels of volume; and a television apparatus comprising an instruction controller connected to the server apparatus through a network, and configured to instruct selection of the content to the content provision controller of the server apparatus and to instruct execution of a audio source separation process to the audio source separation controller, and a playback controller configured to play back the content provided from the server apparatus in response to the instruction. 2 . The television system of claim 1 , wherein the audio source separation controller of the server apparatus comprises a ratio change controller configured to stepwise change a ratio of the volume of the voice component and the background sound component, and the instruction controller of the television apparatus comprises a ratio instruction controller configured to stepwise instruct the ratio of the volume of the vocie component and the background sound component. 3 . The television system of claim 1 , wherein: the server apparatus is configured to provide, server management information indicative of the audio source separation controller comprising a server function, to the television apparatus; and the television apparatus is configured to determine whether the audio source separation controller is existent from the server management information, and to present an audio source separation function as a server function menu. 4 . A server apparatus configured to connect to a television apparatus through a network, the server apparatus comprising: a content provision controller configured to selectively provide a plurality of items of content to the television apparatus; and an audio source separation controller configured to separate a voice component and a background sound component from an audio signal of the items of content provided to the television apparatus in response to a request from the television apparatus, and to set different levels of volume. 5 . The server apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the audio source separation controller comprises a ratio change controller configured to stepwise change a ratio of the volume of the voice component and the background sound component, and to set the volume of the voice component and the background sound component at a ratio instructed in accordance with a ratio instruction from the television apparatus. 6 . The server apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the server apparatus is configured to provide, server management information indicative of the audio source separation controller comprising a server function, to the television apparatus, and the television apparatus is requested to determine whether the audio source separation controller is existent through the server management information, and to present an audio source separation function as a server function menu. 7 . A television apparatus configured to connect to a server apparatus through a network, the server apparatus comprising a content provision controller configured to selectively provide a plurality of items of content, and an audio source separation controller configured to separate a voice component and a background sound component from an audio signal of the items of content, and to set different levels of volume, the television apparatus comprising: an instruction controller configured to instruct selection of the content to the content provision controller of the server apparatus and to instruct execution of an audio source separation process to the audio source separation controller; and a reproduction controller configured to reproduce the content provided from the server apparatus in response to the instruction. 8 . The television apparatus of claim 7 , wherein when the audio source separation controller of the server apparatus comprises a ratio change controller configured to stepwise change a ratio of the volume of the voice component and the background sound component, the instruction controller comprises a ratio instruction controller configured to stepwise instruct the ratio of the volume of the voice component and the background sound component. 9 . The television apparatus of claim 7 , wherein when the server apparatus provides server management information indicative of the audio source separation controller comprising a server function, the instruction controller determines whether the audio source separation controller is existent from the server management information and presents an audio source separation function as a server function menu.
