What is claimed is: 1 . A display device comprising: a first substrate comprising an inorganic insulating film, a first wiring formed above the inorganic insulating film, an organic insulating film located above the inorganic insulating film and the first wiring, and a driver electrically connected to the first wiring; a second substrate opposing the first substrate; and a sealant fixing the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein the sealant comprises a first seal portion formed along a first end of the first substrate and a second seal portion which crosses the first seal portion, and the first seal portion has a first width, and the second seal portion has a second width, the first width being greater than the second width. 2 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the first width is 1.5 to 2.5 times the second width. 3 . The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic insulating film comprises a first groove portion made through to the inorganic insulating film in a region overlapping the first seal portion, and a second groove portion made through to the inorganic insulating film in a region overlapping the second seal portion. 4 . The display device of claim 3 , wherein the second groove portion is formed along the first wiring. 5 . The display device of claim 3 , wherein the first wiring is an outermost circumferential wiring arranged at an outermost circumference of the first substrate, and a distance from an end of the first wiring on a second groove side to an end of the organic insulating film, which faces the second groove portion, is 10 μm or more. 6 . The display device of claim 3 , wherein the first groove portion crosses the first wiring. 7 . The display device of claim 3 , wherein the organic insulating film comprises a removed area connected with the first groove portion and the second groove portion, and extending to a position opposing an end of the second substrate in a crossing portion where the first seal portion and the second seal portion cross each other. 8 . The display device of claim 7 , wherein the removed area is formed into a triangle comprising an oblique side. 9 . The display device of claim 8 , wherein the first wiring is an outermost circumferential wiring arranged at an outermost circumference of the first substrate and the oblique side of the removed area extends along the first wiring. 10 . The display device of claim 1 , further comprising a spacer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate in a region where an end of the first substrate and an end of the second substrate oppose each other.
