A polyorganosiloxane compound, a method of preparing the same, and a copolycarbonate resin comprising the same are disclosed. Particularly, a copolycarbonate resin, which may be applied to a variety of applications, and in particular, comprises a polyorganosiloxane compound used as an impact modifier, a modifier, or a comonomer of a copolycarbonate resin and has improved mechanical properties such as low-temperature impact strength, is disclosed.

A compound represented by Formula 7 below: wherein any one of R 5 , R′ 5 , and R 7 is independently OH and each of the others is hydrogen, R 6 is hydrogen or an alkoxide group having a carbon number of 1 to 4, and R is C 2-8 alkenyl. 20 . The compound according to claim 19 , wherein R 6 is hydrogen. 21 . The compound according to claim 19 , wherein R 5 and R′ 5 are hydrogen, and R 7 is OH. 22 . The compound according to claim 19 , wherein the compound is represented by Formula 8 below: wherein R is C 2-8 alkenyl. 23 . The compound according to claim 19 , wherein the compound is 24 . A method of preparing the compound according to claim 19 , which comprising reacting the compound represented by Formula 9 below and a C 2-8 alkenyl alcohol: wherein R 5 , R′ 5 , R 7 and R8 are the same as defined in claim 19 . 25 .
