The invention relates to a support ( 110 ) for a removable, interchangeable container for windshield washer fluid, said support being designed to be secured to a vehicle and comprising a housing for one or more containers ( 130 ), characterised in that it comprises read means ( 149 ) configured to detect identification means ( 145 ) borne by the container(s) ( 110 ). The invention also relates to a removable, interchangeable container ( 130 ) for windshield washer fluid, designed to be mounted in such a support ( 110 ). The invention also relates to a device for supplying windshield washer fluid, comprising such a support ( 110 ) and such a container ( 130 ). The invention further relates to a vehicle windshield washing system comprising such a windshield washer fluid supply device.

1 . A support for a removable, interchangeable container for windshield washer fluid, said support being configured to be fixed to a vehicle, the support comprising: a housing for one or more containers; and reading means configured to detect identification means carried by the container or containers. 2 . The support as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the reading means are configured to detect the identification means with or without contact. 3 . The support as claimed in claim 1 , wherein that the reading means are configured to read the code of a transponder. 4 . The support as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising it includes an electronic module housing the reading means. 5 . The support as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the reading means are of switch type and include at least one pin mobile between a retracted position and a deployed position. 6 . A removable and interchangeable container for windshield washer fluid, configured to be mounted in a support for fixing to a vehicle, the container comprising it includes identification means configured to be detected by reading means carried by the support. 7 . The container as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the identification means are configured to be detected by the reading means with or without contact. 8 . The container as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the identification means ( 145 ) include a transponder. 9 . The container as claimed in claim 6 , further comprising, a recess or a cavity for housing the identification means on a wall of the container. 10 . The container as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the identification means are covered or carried by a label. 11 . The container as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the identification means include at least one cavity intended to cooperate with reading means of switch type carried by the support. 12 . The container as claimed in claim 11 , wherein the identification means include two cavities of different sizes each intended to cooperate with reading means of switch type carried by the support. 13 . A windshield washer fluid supply device, comprising a support as claimed in claim 1 and a container configured to be mounted in the support for fixing to a vehicle and comprising identification means configured to be detected by reading means carried by the support. 14 . The device as claimed in claim 13 , wherein, in the position with the container mounted in the housing of the support, the identification means and the reading means face each other and may be separated from each other by a wall of the container and/or a wall of the support. 15 . A vehicle windshield washer system, comprising: a windshield washer fluid supply device as claimed in claim 13 ; and means for spraying the windshield with said fluid and means for wiping the windshield. 16 . A vehicle having a vehicle windshield washer system as claimed in claim 15 , further comprising in the passenger compartment, means for displaying information relating to the container. 17 . A method of controlling the vehicle windshield washer system as claimed in claim 15 , comprising a step of identification of the container or containers in the housing of the support. 18 . The method as claimed in claim 17 , further comprising a step of transmitting information relating to the container to the passenger compartment of the vehicle. 19 . The method as claimed in claim 18 , wherein the information transmitted includes one or more selected from the croup consisting of: the type of fluid contained in the container, the level of fluid in the container, the quantity of fluid already used, and the benefit of using the fluid from the container for washing the windshield.
