1 . A combination comprising a first agent that is a cyclin dependent kinase 4 or cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor and a second agent that is a PI3Kinase inhibitor. 2 . The combination of claim 1 wherein the first agent is Compound A described by Formula A: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 3 . The combination of claim 1 , wherein the second agent is Compound B1 described by Formula B1: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 4 . The combination of claim 1 , wherein the second agent is Compound B2 described by Formula B2: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 5 . The use of the combination according to claim 1 for the manufacture of a medicament, wherein the medicament is for treating cancer. 6 . The use of claim 5 , wherein the cancer is a solid tumor cancer. 7 . The use of claim 6 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, mantle cell lymphoma, lung cancer, melanoma, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, endometrial cancer, head and neck cancer, sarcomas, multiple myeloma, leukemia, urinary track cancer, renal cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, cervical cancer, neuroblastoma, neuroendocrine cancer, rhabdoid cancer, prostate cancer or ovarian cancer. 8 . The use of claim 7 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, or mantle cell lymphoma. 9 . The use of claim 8 , wherein the cancer is a lymphoma. 10 . The use of claim 8 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer. 11 . The use of claim 10 , wherein the breast cancer is ER positive breast cancer. 12 . The use of claim 10 , wherein the breast cancer is Her2 positive breast cancer. 13 . The use of claim 10 , wherein the breast cancer is PI3K mutated breast cancer.
