1 . A multi-view video decoding method comprising: determining whether a prediction mode of a current block being decoded is a merge mode; when the prediction mode is determined to be the merge mode, forming a merge candidate list by adding, as one or more merge candidates, at least one of an inter-view candidate, a spatial candidate, a disparity candidate, a view synthesis prediction candidate, and a temporal candidate, to the merge candidate list according to a predetermined priority; and predicting the current block using a merge candidate selected from the merge candidate list, wherein in the forming of the merge candidate list, the view synthesis prediction candidate for the current block is added to the merge candidate list according to a fixed priority. 2 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein a type of merge candidate for an adjacent block of the current block is determined and added to the merge candidate list based on information about encoding of the adjacent block. 3 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein, when information about encoding of an adjacent block of the current block is motion information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a spatial candidate and the spatial candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 4 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein, when information about encoding of an adjacent block of the current block is disparity information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a disparity candidate and the disparity candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 5 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein, when information about encoding of an adjacent block of the current block is disparity information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as an inter-view candidate and the inter-view candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 6 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein, when an adjacent block of the current block is encoded into view synthesis prediction information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a disparity candidate and the disparity candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 7 . The multi-view video decoding method of claim 1 , wherein the predicting comprises: obtaining a merge index used in the current block from the merge candidate list; and predicting the current block by using a merge candidate indicated by the merge index. 8 . A multi-view video encoding method comprising: determining whether a prediction mode of a current block being encoded is a merge mode; when the prediction mode is determined to be the merge mode, forming a merge candidate list by adding, as one or more merge candidates, at least one of an inter-view candidate, a spatial candidate, a disparity candidate, a view synthesis prediction candidate, and a temporal candidate, to the merge candidate list according to a predetermined priority; and predicting the current block using a merge candidate selected from the merge candidate list, wherein in the forming of the merge candidate list, a priority for determining whether the view synthesis prediction candidate for the current block is added as a merge candidate is fixed. 9 . The multi-view video encoding method of claim 8 , wherein a type of merge candidate for an adjacent block of the current block is determined and added to the merge candidate list based on information about encoding of the adjacent block. 10 . The multi-view video encoding method of claim 8 , wherein, when information about encoding of an adjacent block of the current block is motion information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a spatial candidate and the spatial candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 11 . The multi-view video encoding method of claim 8 , wherein, when information about encoding of an adjacent block of the current block is disparity information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a disparity candidate and the disparity candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 12 . The multi-view video encoding method of claim 8 , wherein, when an adjacent block of the current block is encoded into view synthesis prediction information, a merge candidate for the adjacent block is determined as a disparity candidate and the inter-view candidate is added to the merge candidate list. 13 . A multi-view video decoding apparatus comprising: a mode determiner configured to determine whether a prediction mode of a current block being decoded is a merge mode; a merge candidate list former configured to, when the mode determiner determines that prediction mode is the merge mode, form a merge candidate list by adding, as one or more merge candidates, at least one of an inter-view candidate, a spatial candidate, a disparity candidate, a view synthesis prediction candidate, and a temporal candidate, to the merge candidate list according to a predetermined priority; and a predictor configured to predict the current block using a merge candidate selected from the merge candidate list, wherein the merge candidate list former adds the view synthesis prediction candidate to the merge candidate list according to a fixed priority. 14 . A multi-view video encoding apparatus comprising: a mode determiner configured to determine whether a prediction mode of a current block being encoded is a merge mode; a merge candidate list former configured to, when the mode determiner determines that the prediction mode is the merge mode, form a merge candidate list by adding, as one or more merge candidates, at least one of an inter-view candidate, a spatial candidate, a disparity candidate, a view synthesis prediction candidate, and a temporal candidate, to the merge candidate list according to a predetermined priority; and a predictor configured to predict the current block using a merge candidate selected from the merge candidate list, wherein the merge candidate list former adds the view synthesis prediction candidate to the merge candidate list according to a fixed priority. 15 .
