Provided is a method for manufacturing a dental resin block where bubbles and cracks are difficult to appear. The method includes: injecting a material before cure that is to be a dental resin block into a mold that is formed by a material except metal; pressurizing the mold and the material before cure, which is injected into the mold, with a pressure of 1.0 MPa or more; and heating the mold and the material, which is injected into the mold, with a temperature of 60° C. or more.
