Abstract

A transmission terminal connected in communication with another transmission terminal via a network. The transmission terminal includes a reception part that externally receives data to be displayed for being displayed on a display part connected with the transmission terminal; a terminal information acquisition part that acquires terminal information of the other transmission terminal which transmits the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, from an information storage area previously associated with the transmission terminal; and an image display control part that displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner of associating them with one another on the display part in a manner depending on a type of the data to be displayed, received by the reception part.

First claim

1 . A transmission terminal connected in communication with another transmission terminal via a network, the transmission terminal comprising:
a reception part that externally receives data to be displayed for being displayed on a display part connected with the transmission terminal; a terminal information acquisition part that acquires terminal information of the other transmission terminal which transmits the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, from an information storage area previously associated with the other transmission terminal; and an image display control part that displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in manner associating them with one another on the display part in a manner depending on a type of the data to be displayed, received by the reception part.

2 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the image display control part displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner of associating them with one another on the display part when the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, has the predetermined type and is displayed in a predetermined layout.

3 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 2 , wherein
the image display control part displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, in a manner of not associating it with the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part when the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, has the predetermined type and one set only is displayed, and the image display control part displays the data to be displayed of a predetermined type and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner associating them with one another on the display part when the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, has the predetermined type but the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, is displayed together with data to be displayed of a type other than the predetermined type.

4 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 2 , wherein
the image display control part displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner of associating them with one another on the display part when the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, has the predetermined type and one set only is displayed, and the image display control part displays the data to be displayed of the predetermined type in a manner of not associating it with the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part when the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, has the predetermined type but the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, is displayed together with data to be displayed of a type other than the predetermined type.

5 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the reception part receives, together with the data to be displayed, type information of the data to be displayed, and the image display control part determines the type of the data to be displayed based on the type information.

6 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the image display control part carries out image processing on the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and determines the type of the data to be displayed.

7 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , comprising a selection reception part that receives a selection of the terminal information associated with the data to be displayed and displayed on the display part, wherein
when the selection reception part receives the selection of the terminal information, the image display control part stops associating the data to be displayed with the terminal information when displaying it.

8 . The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the reception part externally receives image data that is taken through a display device of an information processing apparatus connected in communication with the transmission terminal, and the image display control part determines whether to associate the image data with the terminal information when displaying the image data while regarding the image data as the data to be displayed of the predetermined type.

The transmission terminal as claimed in claim 1 , comprising a terminal information synthesizing part that synthesizes the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, with the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner depending on the type of the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, wherein
the image display control part displays the data to be displayed, on the display part, synthesized by the terminal information synthesizing part with the terminal information.

10 . A transmission terminal connected in communication with another transmission terminal via a network, the transmission terminal comprising:
a reception part that externally receives data to be displayed for being displayed on a display part connected with the transmission terminal; a terminal information acquisition part that acquires terminal information of the other transmission terminal which transmits the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, from an information storage area previously associated with the other transmission terminal; and an image display control part that displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner of associating them with one another on the display part in a manner depending on a type of the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, wherein the image display control part displays the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, and the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a manner of associating them with one another on the display part by displaying, on the display part, the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part and the data to be displayed, received by the reception part, alternating temporally, or displaying the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part in a space on the display part placed in the same layout as the layout in which the data to be displayed is displayed, or displaying identification information for each area of displaying the data to be displayed, associating the identification information with the terminal information acquired by the terminal information acquisition part and displaying them in a space on the display part.

13 . A transmission system comprising:
an image processing apparatus; and a plurality of transmission terminals, wherein the image processing apparatus and the plurality of transmission terminals are connected in communication with each other, the information processing apparatus includes
an information storage part that is previously associated with the respective transmission terminals and stores terminal information of each transmission terminal, and
the transmission terminal includes
a reception part that externally receives data to be displayed for being displayed on a display part connected with the transmission terminal,
