Systems and methods for synchronizing information between devices are provided. An exemplary method receives, at first computing device, electronic content and data identifying one or more peer computing devices and establishes respective connections between the first device and each of the peer devices. The method sends, from the master device, to each of the peer devices, the content. When the content is received by the peer devices, at least a portion of the content is simultaneously displayed by the master device and the peer computing devices. In an embodiment, each of a group of devices at a location is configured to execute a player application within a browser in order to simultaneously display website content in a synchronized manner. One of the devices is referred to as a master device. The master device obtains current website content from a content repository and propagates the website content to the peer devices.

What is claimed is: 1 . A computer-implemented method comprising: receiving, at a first computing device, electronic content and data identifying one or more peer computing devices; establishing respective connections between the first computing device and each of the one or more peer computing devices; and sending, from the first computing device, to the one or more peer computing devices, the electronic content, wherein when the electronic content is received by the one or more peer computing devices, at least a portion of the electronic content is simultaneously displayed by the first computing device and the one or more peer computing devices. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the receiving comprises pulling, by the first computing device, the electronic content from a web management system, the method further comprising simultaneously displaying the at least the portion of the electronic content in: a browser application of the first computing device; and respective browser applications of the one or more peer computing devices. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more peer computing devices include one or more digital signage devices having respective player applications configured to render the electronic content. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more peer computing devices include one or more mobile computing devices having respective player applications configured to render the electronic content. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein: the electronic content includes website content; and each of the first computing device and the one or more peer computing devices include a browser application configured to render the website content. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first computing device is a master device having been previously selected by a user of a web management system or a content delivery system. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first computing device is a current master device having been designated as the current master device in response to determining that a previously selected master device is offline, disconnected from a network, or otherwise unavailable. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the electronic content includes: website content from a web management system; and instructions, that when executed by the first computing device, causes the website content to be displayed on a display of the first computing device. 9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising displaying, at the one or more peer computing devices, the electronic content. 10 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving updated electronic content; and transmitting the updated electronic content. 11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the updated electronic content includes updates corresponding to input received at the first computing device. 12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein: the updated electronic content is received from a peer computing device; and the transmitting includes pushing the updated content from the first computing device to a web management system having a content repository. 13 . A system comprising: a processor; a display device; and a memory having instructions stored thereon, that, if executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising: receiving electronic content and data identifying one or more peer computing devices; establishing respective connections between the system and each of the one or more peer computing devices; and sending, from the first computing device, to the one or more peer computing devices, the electronic content, wherein when the electronic content is received by the one or more peer computing devices, at least a portion of the electronic content is simultaneously displayed by the first computing device and by the one or more peer computing devices. 14 . The system of claim 13 , the operations further comprising: displaying, on the display device, a user interface usable to select: a computing device as a master device; the one or more peer computing devices; and the at least the portion of the electronic content, wherein the electronic content includes web content associated with a web management system. 15 . The system of claim 14 , wherein the system comprises a master computing device having been previously selected, via the user interface, by a user of the web management system. 16 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the electronic content includes: website content from a web management system; and instructions, that when executed by the processor, causes the processor to display the website content on the display device. 17 . A computer readable storage medium having executable instructions stored thereon, that, if executed by a computing device, cause the computing device to perform operations, the instructions comprising: instructions for receiving, at a first computing device, electronic content and data identifying a plurality of peer computing devices; instructions for establishing respective connections between the first computing device and each of the plurality of peer computing devices; and instructions for sending, from the first computing device, to the plurality of peer computing devices, the electronic content, wherein when the electronic content is received by the plurality of peer computing devices, at least a portion of the electronic content is simultaneously displayed by the first computing device and the plurality of peer computing devices. 18 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 17 , the instructions further comprising: instructions for receiving updated electronic content; and instructions for transmitting the updated electronic content. 19 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 18 , wherein the updated electronic content includes updates corresponding to input received at the first computing device. 20 . The computer readable storage medium of claim 18 , wherein: the updated electronic content is received from one or more of the plurality of peer computing devices; and the instructions for transmitting include instructions for pushing the updated electronic content from the first computing device to a web management system having a content repository.
