The present invention has an object of providing a method for producing specific cells by amplifying cells in a desired differentiation stage. The present invention provides a method for producing specific cells by inducing differentiation of cells, wherein an oncogene is forcibly expressed in cells in a desired differentiation stage to amplify the cells in the desired differentiation stage. The present invention also provides a method for producing specific cells, wherein oncogene-induced senescence (OIS) which is induced by the oncogene expressed in the cells in the desired differentiation stage is suppressed.

1 - 30 . (canceled) 31 . A method of producing erythroid cells comprising: forcibly expressing MYC family gene and one of HOXA2 gene and BCLXL gene in hematopoietic progenitor cells, CD34-positive cells, erythroid progenitor cells or Glycophorin A-positive pre-enucleation cells and amplifying the cells by culturing; and differentiating the amplified cells into the erythroid cells. 32 . The method of claim 31 , wherein the step of differentiating is performed by culturing the amplified cells after suppressing the forcible expression of MYC family gene and one of HOXA2 gene and BCLXL gene or removing MYC family gene and one of HOXA2 gene and BCLXL gene from the amplified cells. 33 . The method of claim 31 further comprising cryopreserving the amplified cells after the step of amplifying, wherein the step of differentiating is performed after the cryopreserved cells are thawed. 34 . A method for producing a blood product comprising: producing erythroid cells by the method of claim 31 ; and mixing the erythroid cells with other components to obtain the blood product. 35 . A cell population comprising hematopoietic progenitor cells, CD34-positive cells, erythroid progenitor cells or Glycophorin A-positive pre-enucleation cells which are introduced with MYC family gene and one of HOXA2 gene and BCLXL gene. 36 . A frozen cellular composition comprising the cell population of claim 35 . 37 . A kit for producing erythroid progenitor cells or erythroid cells comprising expression vectors for forced expression of MYC family gene and one of HOXA2 gene and BCLXL gene.
