What is claimed is: 1 - 12 . (canceled) 13 . A pharmaceutical composition, comprising at least one agent that neutralizes CD95 activity to an individual with high grade glioma. 14 . The pharmaceutical composition of claim 13 , wherein the agent is Nok1 or APG101. 15 . A method for screening for an agent, which modulates/effects, preferably neutralizes the activity of CD95, comprising the steps (a) incubating a mixture comprising (i) CD95 or a functional fragment thereof (ii) a candidate agent under conditions whereby CD95 or a functional fragment thereof as a reference activity; (b) detecting the activity of CD95 or a functional fragment thereof to determine an activity in the presence of the agent; (c) determining a difference between the activity in the presence of the agent and the reference activity. 16 - 18 .
