According to one embodiment, a container for removing antimicrobials from an antimicrobial composition includes a container body having an exterior and an interior. The interior is at least partially filled with carbon granules configured to remove a portion of the antimicrobials in the antimicrobial composition. The interior is further filled with a liquid to at least a level that completely submerges each of the carbon granules. The container further includes an agitator configured to agitate at least a portion of the carbon granules. The container further includes a drain and a drainage valve. The location of the drainage valve is configured to prevent the drainage valve from lowering a current level of the liquid below the level that completely submerges each of the carbon granules.

What is claimed is: 1 . A system, comprising: an antimicrobial application system configured to apply an antimicrobial composition to one or more raw poultry carcasses, the antimicrobial composition comprising one or more antimicrobials, the one or more antimicrobials including at least cetylpyridinium chloride, the antimicrobial composition having a temperature of at least approximately 55 degrees Celsius; an antimicrobial recycle system coupled to the antimicrobial application system, the antimicrobial recycle system configured to produce the antimicrobial composition at a predetermined concentration and supply the antimicrobial composition to the antimicrobial application system, the antimicrobial recycle system further configured to receive unused portions of the antimicrobial composition, recycle the unused portions of the antimicrobial composition, and re-supply the recycled antimicrobial composition to the antimicrobial application system; an antimicrobial capture system configured to receive discarded portions of the antimicrobial composition, the discarded portions of the antimicrobial composition comprising an amount of the antimicrobial composition dumped from one or more of the antimicrobial application system or the antimicrobial recycle system at the end of a predetermined amount of time, the antimicrobial capture system having a single drum, the drum comprising: a drum body having an exterior and an interior, the drum body interior being at least partially filled with a plurality of carbon granules configured to remove a portion of the antimicrobials in the discarded portions of the antimicrobial composition, the plurality of carbon granules filling the drum body interior to approximately ½ of a height of the drum body, the drum body interior further being filled with a liquid to at least a level that completely submerges each of the plurality of carbon granules throughout operation of the antimicrobial capture system, the liquid comprising one or more of an amount of an initial liquid or an amount of the discarded portions of the antimicrobial composition; an air agitation hose positioned partially within the drum body interior at a bottom of the drum body interior, the air agitation hose being arranged in a spiral pattern on the bottom of the drum body interior, the air agitation hose being configured to agitate at least a portion of the plurality of carbon granules by producing air bubbles in the liquid, wherein the agitation is configured to at least partially prevent binding of poultry fat to the plurality of carbon granules; a drain positioned within the drum body interior at a position adjacently above the air agitation hose, the drain configured to drain the liquid out of the drum body interior, wherein the drain is a perforated polyvinyl chloride pipe; a stand pipe coupled to the drum body exterior and further coupled to the drain, the stand pipe extending in a vertical direction along the drum body exterior, the stand pipe configured to receive the liquid from the drain and redirect the liquid in the vertical direction along the drum body exterior; a sample valve coupled to the stand pipe, the sample valve being located at a position that is at approximately ¼ of the height of the drum body, the sample valve being configured to provide a sample of the liquid for testing of the concentration of the remaining antimicrobials in the liquid; a drainage valve coupled to the stand pipe, the drainage valve being located at a position that is vertically above the approximately ½ of the height of the drum body to which the plurality of carbon granules fill the drum body interior, the drainage valve being configured to automatically drain the liquid received in the stand pipe, wherein the location of the drainage valve is configured to prevent the drainage valve from lowering a current level of the liquid below the level that completely submerges each of the plurality of carbon granules; a drum lid removably coupled to the drum body, the drum lid configured to seal the drum; an inlet hose coupled to an inlet in the drum lid, the inlet hose configured to direct the received portions of the antimicrobial composition into the drum body interior; at least two air vents positioned in the drum lid, the air vents being configured to vent air from the drum body interior; a float valve coupled to the drum lid and positioned at least partially within the drum body interior, the float valve being configured to sense the current level of the liquid within the drum body interior, the float valve being further configured to transmit a warning signal when the current level of the liquid within the drum body interior exceeds a predetermined level; wherein the antimicrobial capture system is configured to automatically prevent the drainage valve from draining any liquid within 1.5 hours after the most recent of the discarded portions of the antimicrobial composition are received within the drum body interior; and wherein the antimicrobial capture system is further configured to agitate the at least the portion of the plurality of carbon granules for at least 10 minutes after any discarded portion of the antimicrobial composition is received within the drum body interior and also for at least 10 minutes prior to any liquid being drained from the drainage valve. 2 . A container for removing antimicrobials from an antimicrobial composition, the container comprising: a container body having an exterior and an interior, the container body interior being at least partially filled with a plurality of carbon granules configured to remove a portion of the antimicrobials in the antimicrobial composition, the plurality of carbon granules filling the container body interior to a fill height of the container body, the container body interior further being filled with a liquid to at least a level that completely submerges each of the plurality of carbon granules, the liquid comprising one or more of an amount of an initial liquid or an amount of the antimicrobial composition; an agitator positioned at a bottom of the container body interior, the agitator being configured to agitate at least a portion of the plurality of carbon granules by producing air bubbles in the liquid; a drain positioned within the container body interior and configured to drain the liquid out of the container body interior; a stand pipe coupled to the container body exterior and further coupled to the drain, the stand pipe extending in a vertical direction along the container body exterior, the stand pipe configured to receive the liquid from the drain and redirect the liquid in the vertical direction along the container body exterior; a drainage valve coupled to the stand pipe, the drainage valve being located at a position that is vertically above the fill height of the container body to which the plurality of carbon granules fill the container body interior, the drainage valve being configured to drain the liquid received in the stand pipe, wherein the location of the drainage valve is configured to prevent the drainage valve from lowering a current level of the liquid below the level that completely submerges each of the plurality of carbon granules; and a container lid removably coupled to the container body, the container lid configured to seal the container, the container lid including an inlet for receiving the antimicrobial composition. 3 . The container of claim 2 , wherein the antimicrobials in the antimicrobial composition comprise one or more of: a quaternary ammonium compound; an alkylpyridinium chloride; or cetylpyridinium chloride. 4 . The container of claim 2 , wherein the antimicrobial composition has a temperature of at least approximately 55 degrees Celsius. 5 . The container of claim 2 , wherein the container is con
