A card holding member is provided which is able to hold a card having terminal members and is able to be inserted into a card connector. The card holding member includes a card holding frame portion facing the side surfaces of the card, and a first portion including a first connecting portion. The card holding member further includes a main body portion, and a second portion including a second connecting portion connected to the first connecting portion. The card holding member further includes a first elastic member mounted on the outer periphery of the main body portion. The card holding member further includes a second elastic member mounted between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion.

What is claimed is: 1 . A card holding member able to hold a card having terminal members and able to be inserted into a card connector, the card holding member comprising: a card holding frame portion facing the side surfaces of a card, and a first portion including a first connecting portion; a main body portion, and a second portion including a second connecting portion connected to the first connecting portion; a first elastic member mounted on the outer periphery of the main body portion; and a second elastic member mounted between the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion. 2 . A card holding member according to claim 1 , wherein the card holding member can be inserted into a car connector via an insertion slot in a wall member, the portion of the main body portion including the mounted first elastic member can be inserted into the insertion slot, and the first elastic member is interposed between this portion and the insertion slot when the portion has been inserted into the insertion slot. 3 . A card holding member according to claim 1 , wherein the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are connected via the second elastic member. 4 . A card holding member according to claim 1 , wherein an ejection operation member for operating an ejection mechanism for ejecting the card holding member from the card connector is mounted slidably on the main body portion via a third elastic member. 5 . A card holding member according to claim 4 , wherein the main body portion includes a through-hole for insertion of the ejection operation member, and the third elastic member is interposed between the ejection operation member and the through-hole. 6 . A card holding member according to claim 1 , wherein the card holding member further comprises a metal portion integrally formed from a metal plate, and the first portion and the second portion are made of a resin and cover and are integrated with at least a portion of the metal portion on the periphery. 7 . A card connector set comprising, a card holding member according to claim 1 , and a card connector able to receive the card holding member and including an ejection mechanism for ejecting the card holding member from the card connector.
