1 . A management system, connected to a battery charger for charging a battery via a communication network, of a battery and a battery charger, the management system comprising: a storage unit configured to receive communication data containing information on a state of the battery and information on a usage state of the battery charger from a communication unit provided in the battery charger via the communication network, to store the information on the state of the battery contained in the communication data in association with time information for each of the batteries, and to store the information on the usage state of the battery charger in association with time information for each of the battery chargers; and a unit configured to process the information stored in the storage unit as statistic data for each of the batteries, to process the information stored in the storage unit for each of the battery chargers as statistic data, and to display the processed statistic data. 2 . The management system of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 1 , wherein the battery charger receives information on the state of the battery from a battery control unit configured to monitor the state of the battery. 3 . The management system of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 2 , wherein the battery charger includes a charge control unit that monitors and controls charging of the battery and that conducts a communication with the battery control unit, and the charge control unit sends, to the communication unit, the information on the state of the battery charger received from the battery control unit and the information on the usage state of the battery charger. 4 . The management system of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 3 , wherein the communication unit receives information on a state of a battery and information on a usage state of a different battery charger sent from a charge control unit of a different battery charger, and transmits the information on the state of the battery and the information on the usage state of the different battery charger sent from the charge control unit of the different battery charger to the management system via the communication network. 5 . The management system of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 3 , the management system comprising: a management terminal configured to transmit control information for controlling an operation of charging of the battery conducted by the battery charger to the communication unit of the battery charger via the communication network, wherein the communication unit sends, to the charge control unit, the control information transmitted from the management terminal and received via the communication network, and the charge control unit controls the operation of charging of the battery in accordance with the control information. 6 . A management method of a battery and a battery charger in a management system connected, via a communication network, to a battery charger for charging a battery, the management method comprising: receiving communication data containing information on a state of the battery and information on a usage state of the battery charger from a communication unit provided in the battery charger via the communication network, storing the information on the state of the battery contained in the communication data in association with time information for each of the batteries, and storing the information on the usage state of the battery charger in association with time information for each of the battery chargers; and processing the information stored in the storage unit as statistic data for each of the batteries, processing the information stored in the storage unit for each of the battery chargers as statistic data, and displaying the processed statistic data. 7 . The management method of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 6 , wherein the battery charger receives information on the state of the battery from a battery control unit configured to monitor the state of the battery. 8 . The management method of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 7 , the management method comprising: a charge control unit, that monitors and controls charging of the battery and that conducts a communication with the battery control unit, sending, to the communication unit, the information on the state of the battery received from the battery control unit and the information on the usage state of the battery charger. 9 . The management method of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 8 , the management method comprising: the communication unit receiving information on a state of a battery and information on a usage state of a different battery charger sent from a charge control unit of a different battery charger, and transmitting the information on the state of the battery and the information on the usage state of the different battery charger sent from the charge control unit of the different battery charger to the management system via the communication network. 10 . The management method of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 8 , wherein the communication unit sends, to the charge control unit, the control information transmitted from the management terminal and received via the communication network, and the charge control unit controls the operation of charging of the battery in accordance with the control information. 11 . A battery charger that charges a battery, the battery charger comprising: a charge control unit configured to send information on a state of the battery and information on a usage state of the battery charger to a communication unit; and a communication unit configured to transmit, to a management system via a communication network, the information on the state of the battery and the information on the usage state of the battery charger sent from the charge control unit. 12 . The battery charger according to claim 11 , wherein the battery charger receives information on the state of the battery from a battery control unit configured to monitor the state of the battery. 13 . The battery charger according to claim 11 , wherein the communication unit receives information on a state of a battery and information on a usage state of a different battery charger sent from a charge control unit of a different battery charger, and transmits the information on the state of the battery and the information on the usage state of the different battery charger sent from the charge control unit of the different battery charger to the management system via the communication network. 14 . The management system of the battery and the battery charger according to claim 4 , the management system comprising: a management terminal configured to transmit control information for controlling an operation of charging of the battery conducted by the battery charger to the communication unit of the battery charger via the communication network, wherein the communication unit sends, to the charge control unit, the control information transmitted from the management terminal and received via the communication network, and the charge control unit controls the operation of charging of the battery in accordance with the control information. 15 .
