Cosmetic facial treatment delivery system with skincare benefit agents and iontophoresis micro-current zones are provided for delivering skincare treatments to multiple targeted areas of the skin to treat different concerns of an individual user. The system includes a sheet substrate with skincare agents and a dual-phase cream that generates micro-current when activated. A first phase contains a reduction agent and a second phase contains an oxidation agent. The cream is activated to produce micro-current when the two phases are combined. The cream is applied to skin along with the sheet substrate. The micro-current generated facilitates delivery of skin benefit agents from the sheet by iontophoresis, or directly affects treatment by delivery of iontophoresis micro-current to the skin.

1 . A cosmetic treatment delivery system for targeted and individualized skin treatment of at least a first skin condition and a second skin condition in a predetermined treatment area of a user's skin, the system comprising: a first sheet substrate arranged and constructed for conforming to the predetermined treatment area of the user's skin, the substrate having defined thereon at least a first isolate, discrete region imprinted with a first skin benefit agent for treating the first skin condition, the first isolate, discrete region imprinted on the first sheet substrate in a first position corresponding to a first respective location of the first skin condition in the predetermined treatment area of the user's skin, and a second isolate, discrete region imprinted with a second skin benefit agent for treating the second skin condition, the second isolate, discrete region imprinted on the first sheet substrate in a second position corresponding to a second respective location of the second skin condition in the predetermined treatment area of the user's skin; and a micro-current generator in the form of a dual phase cream, the first phase containing a first metal and the second phase containing a second metal, the first and second phases adapted to be combined to generate a micro-current, and further being adapted to be applied to or with the first sheet substrate so as to deliver micro-current to the user's skin in the predetermined treatment area in a quantity sufficient to facilitate delivery of at least one of the first skin benefit agent and the second skin benefit agent. 2 . The cosmetic treatment delivery system of claim 1 wherein the first isolate, discrete region is provided with the first skin benefit agent according to a first skin profile generated by a skin analysis system. 3 . The cosmetic treatment delivery system of claim 2 wherein the second isolate, discrete region is provided with the second skin benefit agent according to a second skin profile generated by a skin analysis system. 4 . The cosmetic treatment delivery system of claim 1 wherein the first metal is silver. 5 . The cosmetic treatment delivery system of claim 1 wherein the second metal is zinc. 6 . The cosmetic treatment delivery system of claim 4 wherein the second metal is zinc.
