To provide a numerical-control machining-program creation device including a work-origin setting unit that sets a work origin from shape data of a workpiece, a milling programming support unit that supports milling programming to create a milling program based on the shape data and the work origin, and a numerical-control machining-program creation unit that creates a numerical-control machining program from the milling program. The numerical-control machining-program creation device displays a coordinate of a machining program in a size easily understood by a worker at the time of milling programming.

1 . A numerical-control machining-program creation device that creates a numerical-control machining program including milling based on shape data of a workpiece, the numerical-control machining-program creation device comprising: a work-origin setting unit that extracts and displays a plurality of shape characteristic points being candidates of a work origin based on the shape data and sets a work origin and a work coordinate system designating the work origin as an origin, based on a shape characteristic point specified by a worker from the shape characteristic points; a milling programming support unit that supports milling programming to create a milling program based on the shape data, the work origin, and the work coordinate system; and a numerical-control machining-program creation unit that creates a numerical-control machining program from the milling program. 2 . (canceled) 3 . The numerical-control machining-program creation device according to claim 1 , wherein the shape characteristic points include both endpoints of an edge and an arc central point of an arc edge of shape data of a workpiece, and four apexes of a cuboid containing the shape data of the workpiece. 4 . The numerical-control machining-program creation device according to claim 1 , wherein the milling programming support unit includes an extraction unit that extracts from the shape data and displays one to a plurality of holes having a hole machining shape identical to a hole machining shape selected from the shape data, a grouping unit that groups holes selected from the one to the plurality of holes extracted and displayed as a same group, and a creation unit that creates a hole machining program in which the grouped holes are grouped. 5 . The numerical-control machining-program creation device according to claim 4 , wherein the milling programming support unit includes a hole-machining-type setting unit that sets hole machining types, and the grouping unit performs the grouping for each of set hole machining types.
