The present invention relates to a method for a terminal to receive downlink control information in a wireless communications system and an apparatus therefor. More specifically, the method is characterized by comprising a step for receiving downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether to retransmit an uplink or not, wherein DCI is defined to simultaneously transmit whether to retransmit the uplink for each of the plurality of terminals.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method of receiving downlink control information by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether uplink retransmission is performed, wherein the DCI is defined to transmit information on whether the uplink transmission is performed to each of a plurality of user equipments at the same time. 2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the step of retransmitting an uplink signal, if an identifier of the user equipment is detected in the DCI. 3 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising the step of receiving information on a position of a field to which an identifier of the user equipment is assigned in the DCI. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a position of a field to which an identifier of the user equipment is assigned in the DCI is determined according to a total number of fields in which indication information on whether the uplink retransmission is performed is transmitted. 5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the DCI is configured to be detected by monitoring a part of a radio resource region on a UE-specific search space (USS). 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the DCI is configured to be detected by monitoring a radio resource region different from a radio resource region on a UE-specific search space (USS). 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the DCI is monitored in a manner of reassigning a part of the count of blind decoding assigned to a UE-specific search space. 8 . A method of receiving downlink control information by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether uplink retransmission is performed, wherein the DCI is defined to transmit information on whether the uplink transmission is performed to each of a plurality of user equipment groups at the same time and wherein the user equipment group comprises at least one or more user equipments containing an identical group identifier. 9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising the step of retransmitting an uplink signal, if an identifier of the user equipment is detected in the DCI, wherein the uplink retransmission corresponds to non-adaptive retransmission-based uplink retransmission. 10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the user equipment group comprises a radio resource region commonly set to the user equipment group to monitor the DCI. 11 . A user equipment receiving downlink control information in a wireless communication system, comprising: an RF (radio frequency) unit; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to receive downlink control information (DCI) indicating whether uplink retransmission is performed, wherein the DCI is defined to transmit information on whether the uplink transmission is performed to each of a plurality of user equipments at the same time. 12 . The user equipment of claim 11 , wherein if an identifier of the user equipment is detected in the DCI, the processor is further configured to retransmit an uplink signal. 13 . The user equipment of claim 11 , wherein the processor is further configured to receive information on a position of a field to which an identifier of the user equipment is assigned in the DCI. 14 . The user equipment of claim 11 , wherein a position of a field to which an identifier of the user equipment is assigned in the DCI is determined according to a total number of fields in which indication information on whether the uplink retransmission is performed is transmitted. 15 . The user equipment of claim 11 , wherein the DCI is configured to be detected by monitoring a part of a radio resource region on a UE-specific search space (USS).
