An image forming apparatus including: a hard disk configured to store data; a hard disk malfunction detecting unit configured to detect malfunction of the hard disk; a partition confirmation unit configured to determine as to whether a malfunctioning portion of the hard disk is in a preliminary determined partition; and a partition formatting unit configured to format the partition, wherein, when the malfunctioning portion of the hard disk detected by the hard disk malfunction detecting unit is determined as being in the partition preliminary determined by the partition confirmation unit, the partition formatting unit formats the partition.

What is claimed is: 1 . An image forming apparatus comprising: a hard disk configured to store data; a hard disk malfunction detecting unit configured to detect malfunction of the hard disk; a partition confirmation unit configured to determine as to whether a malfunctioning portion of the hard disk is in a partition preliminary determined partition; and a partition formatting unit configured to format the partition, wherein, when the malfunctioning portion of the hard disk detected by the hard disk malfunction detecting unit is determined as being in the partition preliminary determined by the partition confirmation unit, the partition formatting unit formats the partition. 2 . The image forming apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a data updating confirmation unit configured to confirm as to whether data added or updated by user is included in a partition of the hard disk, wherein when the data added or updated by user is included in the partition preliminary determined by the partition confirmation unit, the data updating confirmation unit confirms as to whether data added or updated by user is included in the partition of the hard disk, and when the data is determined as being not included in the partition of the hard disk, the partition formatting unit formats the partition. 3 . The image forming apparatus according to claim 2 , further comprising a data saving unit configured to save the data temporary in an available region except for the partition including the malfunctioning portion, and a data recovery unit configured to recover the data saved by the data saving unit, wherein the data saving unit saves the data, before the formatting the partition by the partition formatting unit, and the data recovery unit recovers the data, after the formatting the partition by the partition formatting unit. 4 . The image forming apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising a formatting frequency storage unit configured to store a frequency of formatting by the partition formatting unit, a formatting frequency confirmation unit configure to confirm the frequency of formatting stored in the formatting frequency storage unit, a formatting frequency upper limit storage unit configured to store an upper limit of the frequency of formatting the partition, and an error notification unit configured to notify an error, wherein, when the upper limit of the frequency of formatting preliminary determined stored by the formatting frequency upper limit storage unit is reached, without formatting the partition by the partition formatting unit, the error notification unit notifies the error. 5 . The image forming apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the partition preliminary determined is a temporary region. 6 . The image forming apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the partition preliminary determined is an user data region configured to store an image data or an application. 7 . A data processing apparatus comprising: a storage unit including a plurality of storing regions configured to store data; a detecting unit configured to detect an error of the storage unit; a determining unit determining as to whether or not the error detected by the detecting unit is determined as being in a region in which a temporary file is to be stored; a formatting unit configured to format the region in which the temporary file is to be stored, in response to determination such that the error is determined as being in the region in which the temporary file is to be stored, as a result of the determination by the determining unit. 8 . A controlling method of an image forming apparatus comprising: a hard disk malfunction detecting to detect malfunction of a hard disk; a partition confirmation to determine as to whether a malfunctioning portion of the hard disk is in a partition preliminary determined partition; and a partition formatting to format the partition, wherein, when the malfunctioning portion of the hard disk detected during the hard disk malfunction detecting is determined as being in the partition preliminary determined during the partition confirmation, the partition is formatted during the partition formatting. 9 . A data processing apparatus comprising: storing data in a storage unit including a plurality of storing regions; detecting an error of the storage unit; determining as to whether or not the error detected by the detecting is determined as being in a region in which a temporary file is to be stored; formatting the region in which the temporary file is to be stored, in response to determination such that the error is determined as being in the region in which the temporary file is to be stored, as a result of the determining. 10 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program operating a computer to execute the method according to claim 8 . 11 . A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a program operating a computer to execute the method according to claim 9 .
