Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A stacked-plate cooler may include a plurality of heat exchanger plates arranged one on top of the other to define a stack. A base plate may be arranged on one end of the stack. The base plate may include a planar plate and a frame plate arranged over the planar plate. The frame plate may define a bead-shaped inner edge. The bead-shaped inner edge of the frame plate may be at least linearly connected to at least one of the plurality of heat exchanger plates.
