Systems, devices, and processes may be related to determining the flow of information based on received physiological parameters. In one example, a computing device includes at least one processor and at least one module operable by the at least one processor to receive an indication of a physiological parameter representative of a physiological condition of a user and receive a request to output notification information. The at least one module may also be operable by the at least one processor to determine, based on the physiological parameter, whether to output the notification information and selectively output, based on the determination, the notification information.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method comprising: receiving, by one or more computing devices and from a sensor, an indication of a physiological parameter representative of a physiological condition of a user; receiving, by the one or more computing devices and for display at a display device associated with a wearable computing device, a plurality of items; filtering, by the one or more computing devices and based on the physiological parameter, the plurality of items to generate a subset of the plurality of items; and outputting, by the one or more computing devices and for display at the display device associated with the wearable computing device, the subset of the plurality of items. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the physiological parameter comprises at least one of a galvanic skin response parameter, a pulse rate parameter, a breathing rate parameter, or an electrogram parameter. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the indication is a first indication, the physiological parameter is a first physiological parameter, and wherein the method further comprises receiving a second indication of a second physiological parameter representative of the physiological condition of the user, and wherein filtering the plurality of items comprises filtering, based on the first and second physiological parameters, the plurality of items to generate the subset of the plurality of items. 4 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: comparing a value of the physiological parameter to a threshold value; and determining that the value exceeds the threshold value, wherein filtering the plurality of items comprises, responsive to determining that the value exceeds the threshold value, filtering, based on the determination, the plurality of items to generate the subset of the plurality of items. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: comparing the value of the physiological parameter to a plurality of value ranges; and selecting, based on the comparison, one value range of the plurality of value ranges, the selected one value range being inclusive of the value of the physiological parameter, wherein filtering the plurality of items comprises selecting, as the subset of the plurality of items, items associated with the selected one value range of the plurality of value ranges. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of items comprises a plurality of applications executable by the wearable computing device. 7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of items comprises a set of search results comprising one or more actionable links. 8 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, via a user interface of the wearable computing device, a search query; and transmitting the search query to a networked server; wherein receiving the plurality of items comprises receiving the plurality of items as a set of search results generated by the networked server and in response to the search query. 9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the wearable computing device comprises the one or more computing devices. 10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein a mobile computing device comprises the one or more computing devices, the mobile computing device separate from the wearable computing device, and wherein outputting the subset of the plurality of items comprises outputting, by the mobile computing device, the subset of the plurality of items to the wearable computing device for display. 11 . The method claim 1 , wherein a networked computing device comprises the one or more computing devices, and wherein receiving the indication of the physiological parameter comprises receiving, from the wearable computing device and via a network, the indication of the physiological parameter. 12 . A computing device comprising: at least one processor; at least one sensor; and at least one module operable by the at least one processor to: receive, from the at least one sensor, an indication of a physiological parameter representative of a physiological condition of a user; receive, for display at a display device associated with a wearable computing device, a plurality of items; filter, based on the physiological parameter, the plurality of items to generate a subset of the plurality of items; and output, for display at the display device associated with the wearable computing device, the subset of the plurality of items. 13 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises a galvanic skin response sensor. 14 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises a heart rate sensor. 15 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one sensor comprises a blood pressure sensor. 16 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one module is operable by the at least one processor to: compare a value of the physiological parameter to a threshold value; determine that the value exceeds the threshold value; and responsive to determining that the value exceeds the threshold value, filter, based on the determination, the plurality of items to generate the subset of the plurality of items. 17 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the at least one module is operable by the at least one processor to: compare the value of the physiological parameter to a plurality of value ranges; select, based on the comparison, one value range of the plurality of value ranges, the selected one value range being inclusive of the value of the physiological parameter; and select, as the subset of the plurality of items, items associated with the selected one value range of the plurality of value ranges. 18 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the plurality of items comprises a plurality of applications executable by the wearable computing device. 19 . The computing device of claim 12 , wherein the wearable computing device comprises the computing device. 20 . A computer-readable storage medium encoded with instructions that, when executed, cause one or more programmable processors to: receive, from a sensor, an indication of a physiological parameter representative of a physiological condition of a user; receive, for display at a display device associated with a wearable computing device, a plurality of items; filter, based on the physiological parameter, the plurality of items to generate a subset of the plurality of items; and output, for display at the display device associated with the wearable computing device, the subset of the plurality of items.
