1 . A positive electrode for use in a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer formed on the positive electrode current collector, the positive electrode active material layer having a positive electrode active material and a melamine-acid salt being a salt comprising melamine and acid. 2 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the melamine-acid salt has a solubility of 0.5% or less in a non-aqueous electrolytic solution serving as a liquid non-aqueous electrolyte. 3 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the melamine-acid salt comprises at least one compound selected from melamine polyphosphate, melamine cyanurate, melamine sulfate, melamine borate, and melamine pyrophosphate. 4 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the melamine-acid salt is melamine sulfate represented by chemical formula (1): 5 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the melamine-acid salt is melamine polyphosphate represented by chemical formula (2): 6 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the melamine-acid salt is contained at 1% or more by mass and 5% or less by mass based on the positive electrode active material layer. 7 . The positive electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to claim 1 , wherein the positive electrode active material layer comprises an electrically conductive material and a binder. 8 . A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprising a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a non-aqueous electrolyte, the positive electrode comprising a positive electrode current collector and a positive electrode active material layer formed on the positive current collector, the positive electrode active material layer having a positive electrode active material and a melamine-acid salt being a salt comprising melamine and acid.
