Various embodiment(s) for a service system, a digital device, and a method of processing a service therefor are disclosed in the present specification. In this case, according to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of processing a service in the digital device includes the steps of downloading and installing one or more STB applications configured to process the service, outputting an icon configured to approach the installed STB applications on a first service board supporting an RF mode, receiving a selection of an STB application icon among the STB applications, and outputting content processed by the selected STB application according to a result of a service authentication and a second service board for the selected STB application.

What is claimed is: 1 . A method of processing a service in a digital device, the method comprising: downloading and installing one or more set-top box (STB) applications configured to process the service; outputting an icon approaching the installed STB applications on a first service board supporting a radio frequency (RF) mode; receiving a selection of an STB application icon among the STB applications; and outputting content processed by the selected STB application according to a result of a service authentication and a second service board for the selected STB application. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the STB application is different from a physical STB supporting the RF mode. 3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the outputted content is outputted in a manner of being switched to an external input mode instead of the RF mode. 4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the service corresponds to a charged service. 5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving a home screen entering request; determining a service board to be outputted among the first service board supporting the RF mode and the generated second service board in response to the home screen entering request; and outputting the determined service board. 6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein each service board generated for the STB applications is outputted in a layer structure. 7 . The method of claim 6 , if the number of generated service boards exceeds the maximum number of service boards predetermined in the digital device, further comprising outputting a message informing that an additional service board is unable to be generated anymore. 8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the generated service board is outputted in a manner of being contained in an external input list. 9 . A digital device processing a service, comprising: an output unit configured to output an icon used for approaching installed set-top box (STB) applications on a first service board supporting a radio frequency (RF) mode; a user interface unit configured to receive a selection of an STB application icon among the STB applications; and a control unit configured to control one or more STB applications used for processing the service to be downloaded and installed, the control unit configured to control content processed by the selected STB application to be outputted according to a result of a service authentication, the control unit configured to control a second service board for the selected STB application to be outputted. 10 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein the STB application is different from a physical STB supporting the RF mode. 11 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein the control unit is configured to control the content to be outputted in a manner of being switched to an external input mode instead of the RF mode. 12 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein the service corresponds to a charged service. 13 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein if a home screen entering request is received, the control unit is configured to determine a service board to be outputted among the first service board supporting the RF mode and the generated second service board in response to the home screen entering request and configured to control the determined service board to be outputted. 14 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein the output unit is configured to output each service board generated for the STB applications in a layer structure. 15 . The digital device of claim 14 , wherein if the number of generated service boards exceeds the maximum number of service boards predetermined in the digital device, the control unit is configured to control a message informing that an additional service board is unable to be generated anymore to be outputted. 16 . The digital device of claim 9 , wherein the control unit is configured to control the generated service board to be outputted in a manner of being contained in an external input list.
